I joined Momentum about a month ago and so thrilled with the impact the culture of this place has had on my life. What Momentum does and how they do it is life changing and for me, is bleeding into all areas of my life. I’m so grateful to be here and grateful for my trainer Kristen. She slowly bringing me back to life.❤️
