“Got my Samsung Frame TV here and Josh has provided such excellent customer service! I came in knowing what size TV I wanted and he pulled out a few for me to test out as I wanted to make sure I get the once I like. He was patient with me and was very knowledgable on each tv he tested out. He then helped me load it in my car and later that night I had a question about the warranty and he was swift with the response. On top of the great service, they were such genuine people. “I had two Sony portable reel-to-reel tape recorders from the mid-sixties that needed repair. John was just the person for the job.One recorder had audio issues and the other had tape transport problems. John was very thorough in his repairs, saved all the old parts to show me what he had replaced, and offered a warranty on his work.His repair prices were very reasonable, and I know for a fact he lost money on the deal, because he spent way more hours doing the work than what I paid him for.This guy is the real deal. He knows what he is doing, and doesn't charge you a bunch extra for unnecessary things. He's a real old-fashioned troubleshooter that knows all the tricks to fix things.”
“it’s actually a clean store, many targets i’ve been to is usually disorganized or a bit messy but this store is clean and organized.
I was able to find what I was looking for, although their setups for automotive and phone accessories were a bit confusing. I thought I would find what I need but I had to search around a bit more, but other than that it’s a nice target store in the location. less crowded as well comparing to other targets i’ve been to.”

“Fantastic service from the Geek Squad area. My sister had created a new password on her IPad, however she made a mistake while typing it, thus locking herself out of it. We had gone to Best Buy and went to the Geek Squad area. The workers were all so nice and friendly. The IPad was taken in and fully reset. The store itself had nice displays of technology which I enjoyed viewing in the meanwhile. Excellent service and excellent store.”
“Took my ecm in to be repaired on my Infiniti. Unfortunately it had water damage and could not be repaired. The gentlemen working there got back to me very quickly and even called around to try to find a replacement. They didn't charge me a diagnostic fee since it couldn't be fixed. Metro at this location has demonstrated that today. I actually was referred by my sister to come see Nabeel Khan but he was not available until Saturday. So a young gentleman by the name of Ali and his Co workers were very pleasant and did not hesitate to help me with my phone issue eventhough it may have not been their problem.
