“This location was clean, organized and pretty well stocked. The cashier was very friendly (mature lady with the cute short hair) smiled asked me how I was, did I find everything ok, etc. Would definitely recommend this location based on this experience.”
“I just started shopping here a few months ago, and I'm glad I did. The store is well organized and clean, very easy to find what you're looking for and things you weren't looking for but must have. The prices on somethings are a little expensive for outlet prices, but definitely cheaper than regular price. The employees are helpful and polite.”
“I stop in this location every so often because the selection is better than the Grand Prairie store, in my opinion. My only complaint was the clearance bin near the accessories. Items were thrown in there and I couldn’t see what was in there without removing items and sitting them on the floor. So I passed. I did, however, shop and purchase items from the clothing clearance rack. I would return for the selection alone.”

When I first entered the store the gentlemen Caiden greeted me as he was in the process of ringing up a customer...multitasking you don't see that often anymore.Faiza, even though I wasn't all the way inside yet, she asked if I needed anyone help.Moving toward the back near the furniture Michelle who really left an impact by not only seeing if I needed so assistance but offered to be available anytime. It's the smallest things that have the biggest impact!”

“We have shopped for Salvation Army Angel Tree Angels at this Kohl's every Black Friday for the last 15 years. The staff is accommodating and helps us with getting this accomplished.I am part of a regional lender's group (NTAGGL) and we collect donations from our members, friends and associates. With the funds we collect, we shop for about 65 Angels every year.Kohl's has been wonderful to us and we will continue to shop at Kohl's as long as they will have us. :)”

“I had the opportunity to visit this location on November 24, 2023 “BLACK FRIDAY” and although they were extremely busy, the store was clean and the associates were nice. One associate “Ms. Zakia S” in particular went over and beyond to assist me. She took the time and effort to find what I was looking for. Ms. Zakia was kind, friendly, professional, polite, and courteous. She is the definition of a LEADER and knows exactly what customer service is and should be. I appreciate you and thank you from the bottom of my heart for making me feel welcome to Texas and showing me the way customer service is provided throughout Marshall Stores. “T.j. maxx's actually my go-to place to get skin care products actually think they have a better selection than Ross.At t.j. Maxx I am able to find numerous facial under eye patches, pimple patches, facial mask, body scrubs and organic bath soaps. And it's all reasonably priced and it's even cheaper than Walmart. I've only bought a few clothing items from TJ but I do believe that they have a great selection.”
