I was unhappy with the previous work (that was NOT done at Cox) on my wedding ring prongs. They did great work that was very reasonably priced. Plus, they cleaned and polished my ring!! Looks brand new!!

Where do I start? My only regret is that I failed to post reviews over the past 20+ years of their amazing service and skill provided. They have always exceeded perfection. I trust them 300% with my precious items left for repair. Thank you for your outstanding customer service. Thank you for the heart you have in your business. This Christmas is the 6th without my sweet Mark.Having the necklace he gave me safely back around my neck is a Christmas wish come true that only Cox Jewelry could make happen. My fiancé worked with Cox jewelry on designing my engagement ring, and I absolutely love it! He enjoyed the process and said they made is so easy. The whole crew was extremely nice and respectful. Their work is amazing! We had to go back because I had my size wrong and the had the resizing done in 24hrs so we could travel back home with the ring. They are amazing! Their work is amazing! I could not recommend this place more!

Beautiful work but they need to be more thorough on their paperwork because they gave away my engagement ring (without me there or without my permission) to my ex because “his name was on the work order”. Even though I spent my own money to pay for it to get redone. Disappointing.

This IS the place you are supposed to purchase/repair or even add to your jewelry. Or, should I say your jewelry desires. Mr Cox and his "crew" are so welcoming - more in the style of helping you with a selection, than trying to sell you something with bright lights and highly assumed discount prices. Also, there is that confidence level you get here at Cox's Jewelry than you will ever receive elsewhere. PERIOD!

Started coming here based on my proximity to work and they have continued to impress me. They sized my ring, fixed my wife's earring that completely broke into three parts, appraised a few items, and have a good selection of jewelry on hand. The gents that greet you know their stuff and I am happy to have found a jewelry store I can rely on.

These guys are the best! We’ve had several custom items made here and special orders as well. Each time the quality, price and timeframe of delivery were on point. You can shop around but I have found that when it comes to the quality of work they do and the reasonable prices, this is the place we will come to for custom orders. They’re also really nice guys!

I have gone to this store twice last weekduring hours they said they were open.Red and white closed sign on the door,Tuesday and again Friday. Called the numberTo see why and mailbox was full. Very badway to run a business.
