“Love this store! The prices are very reasonable and the selection of vinyl is phenomenal! They carry a pretty solid collection of shirts (although I really wish they carried sports shirts, like jerseys). The ladies are always super helpful to assist me in finding the appropriate type of vinyl, how much I will need, and the best colors if I have any questions. I don’t do these projects often so I feel like a forever newbie and they are so helpful in every way!!”
“Been going to the store for many years and I can’t say enough of good things about them, the manager/store manager is very attentive and polite she’s been hiring very good staff all the girls at little giggles are super sweet and respectful, they always greet you when you come in they make you feel so welcome and I love that.They carry a very wide variety of baby clothes, shoes, toys, gear and everything baby related, as well as teenagers clothes, I love to come by at least once every week cause you never know what you going to find, sometimes I walk out with items I didn’t even know I need them, the quality is top notch they are very selective when it comes to buy so you’ll get very very good quality of clothes, everything else I have gotten from them has always been very clean and in perfect conditions for way less retail value!.Of you need anything for your baby I’m sure they have it.”

“Has to be the most customer friendly "treat you like fam" but still a business place out of any establishment of the same industry. There's about a billion of these all over the metroplex and although you've got some really good ones either for atmosphere, location, venue, variety, or even win-to- lose ratio, that draws you to one particular place or another, for whatever reason, win lose or break even, this place has a warmth about it that just makes it stand apart from the others. It's just a good place with good people. Also helps that people know not to act up here also. Oh, it's been tried a few times but any wreckless or disruptive commotion is quickly brought to a halt and delt with. The staff is well trained and at the end of the day I feel safer here than my own place sometimes. Never change staff, the chemistry that yall have does not go unnoticed and is a blessing and a benefit to everyone that crosses your paths. Have a good night.”

“I had a great experience at this GAP Factory branch. I visited on a weekday, and it wasn’t crowded at all, which made everything so much easier. I was able to quickly and easily pick up my online order. The staff was very nice and welcoming, and the store was clean and well-organized. Highly recommend stopping by during the week if you’re looking for a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience!”
“I went into the Gap in North East Mall today. I was having trouble locating a pair of jeans I had found a model wearing on the website, on the website for purchase lol. The mall is not my jam so I was not excited at all. The sales associate Lisa was so spectacular! I explained the situation, showed her the picture and she went right to them. She even had the size just about on the nose just by looking at me. She was friendly, helpful and informed me of the sales today. She gave me her opinions on everything I tried on. I needed that because like I told her, my husband’s doesn’t count. He says I look good in everything ? lol. She made me actually want to go back. Thank you Lisa!”
“I like this store, but they need to update their phone number, get more locations, have more than one shipment a month, and stop closing during store hours without updating your websites such as Google. People are driving a good distance to get to your store, only to find out it’s closed. That’s their downfall unfortunately. The customers stating they were told they can only do store credit… it literally says that in the store. Pay attention guys, small shops don’t really allow returns with a full refund the way you paid.”

“You can find the cutest clothes here for children. This is a well-lit store on the lower floor. It is easy to find. Very beautiful styles for casual or formal occasions, very cute and affordable. Highly recommended, your kids will look great. It is a newer store at this mall in this location.”
“The staff here was nice and helpful. I was looking for 3t and 5t clothing for my 2 boys. I found some really nice outfits for them. They had a nice sized section and good deals. I got 4 or 5 jeans, 2 outfits, 8 shirts, 2 pairs of sandals, and 2 pairs of sunglasses for about $210. I always shopped at Children's Place but I think I'll be switching over to Carter's for my boys.”

“Came in last Saturday with my wife and was greeted and welcomed warmly by Rynae super star attitude and very quick to answer our questions then we came across the photographer that took care of us named Cheryl who absolutely transcended the bounds of professional customer service! She was so incredibly patient with us and gave us input and we were very pleased with the experience after the session when we got a chance to review the pictures they were awesome and my wife and I truly felt she captured some special moments of us that reminded me how much I love my best friend to say we were satisfied would be a grave understatement rynae and Cheryl truly made it such a remarkable experience for us and we are looking forward to coming back again
