“Great service . I didn’t want to shop at the big box stores because they lose sight of customer service so I tried giving Appliance4less a shot. I went into their store with a budget in mind and I left with a washer and dryer set that I only had seen in the big box stores for double the price. Even after my purchase I installed the dryer incorrectly and Kevin came out to correct the issue . I highly recommend them for their home appliance needs.”

“I want to thank Shauna for her persistent in resolving my situation from the store in Dallas #127. I purchased a bedroom suite, the Emily black at store 127 and the sales person Rocky was to transfer my purchase to the Arlington store so they could make my delivery for both Emily black bedroom set and black coach and chair, purchase at the Arlington store. Instead the sales person Rocky put in for them to refund my money. However, Shauna persistent with corporate office got everything resolved and now my furniture will be delivered on Friday. Again thank you Shauna (in Arlington).”
“Edward was awesome! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with! We found appliances last May, but we weren't ready to buy. When we went back in January, Edward helped us again. He got us a good deal on the refrigerator and found us another dishwasher that fit our requirements. Can't say enough good things about Edward. We will be back for mattress and/or microwave!And now we got a new Temerpedic mattress with a movable bed and frame. Again, Edward was a great sales person. And Freddy and Carlos were super excellent and helpful with the installation and working of the bed, showing us how to lift the foot and head of the bed! Thanks to everyone at Texas Appliance.”

“This is my "go-to" for all home needs. I am not sure there is a department I have not needed to visit at some time or another to accommodate our needs at home, inside and out. The isles are well thought out. Wide for passing with shopping baskets, the flow of one department into another, and rows of items positioned next to the rows of items that support them (i.e. paint brushes next to paint, or rakes and fertilizer next to plants). All staff are friendly and accommodating. Their general and vast knowledge combined make my life easier when I go not quite knowing just what it is I need for my project. You have your random employees that don’t really care too much, BUT are 10 times more helpful than Lowe’s employees, and that’s just a fact.
I feel like this home depot is darker inside and a bit more crowded, however it usually has what I need so there is that!”

“Fantastic service from the Geek Squad area. My sister had created a new password on her IPad, however she made a mistake while typing it, thus locking herself out of it. We had gone to Best Buy and went to the Geek Squad area. The workers were all so nice and friendly. The IPad was taken in and fully reset. The store itself had nice displays of technology which I enjoyed viewing in the meanwhile. Excellent service and excellent store.”
