My name is Kelly Holland, abd I have been a costumer of Plains Internet for over five years.I want people to know my experience with this Wonderful company, abd the people I have the pleasure of getting to work with throughout these years.First of all, I Highly recommend this service to anyone who wants FAST, Efficient, abd Friendly service! I abd my family have been so satisfied with Plains for several very important reasons.Number one, costumer courtesy! The representatives are Always right there to take care of your needs with your service in Anything you need them to be! They are prompt, attentive, supportive and will do whatever it takes to make sure your service is handled very professionally.I would lije to commend a couple if representatives I have become to admire and appreciate so much during these past five, almost six years.First, Sandy, who each and every single time I have talked with when I have had Any issues, is Always so courteous, and extremely atinitave to what ever problems you may be having, she LISTENS, CARES, and will make absolutely Sure that she takes care of whatever you need as a costumer in a very sufficient time manner whike giving all the time it takes to help Solve your issues And I mean EVERYTIME. No matter how long it takes, she will get the problems solved, aways, with a Friendly caring attitude,and Truly Cares about her costumers, in over five years, her pleasant and courteous demeanor has Never changed.Also I would like to commend Caleb, thier instalation tech, who Always does a GREAT JOB,installing your internet, making sure to take all the time needed to talk with his costumers to do what they request in anyway he can possibly do, so they are ? percent satisfied when completed. When you may experience outages, or various problems all of the representatives with this company will take these matters serious, and IMEADIITALY get the problems solved as soon as possible, because in my experience I know they do this because they TRULY care about costumer satisfaction above all else,so if your looking for great AFFORDABLE INTERNET COMPANY who has now added additional megabytes for No additional cost, give them a call today, it's worth your time,,,and your money!

Fantastic local service. They solved all our computer issues including recovering photos we thought were lost forever. They did a small upgrade to our very old PC to keep us going for now. We will definately buy a new computer from them in the near future.

Brought my computer in for intermittent and power issues and they were able to fix it on the same day! Wound up being a cleaning/fan issue and cost me a little less than $125 when it was all said and done. Will definitely use them again for any future computer needs as well as highly recommend them for any of your computer needs!
