That big old woman who works there at customer service told me that my package may not reach the destination , Because it’s heavy and then she told me you can take it to USPS if you want , I don’t know why she still works there at UPS facility customer service, she doesn’t know how to deal with customers

Never once do I get a delivery on time although it says out for delivery it takes 2 to 3 days to get my package! This UPS store is also rude and discourteous! Customer service skills lack hard in this whole facility!!!

Nearly every package that goes thru the Pampa facility is misdelivered or delivered days after it has already been marked as delivered. I've also have gotten packages delivered to my place that are labeled for totally different streets and house numbers that I have taken to the correct address my self or given back to the delivery driver. Automated customer support is zero help, only thing you'll get out it is "that package has been delivered". I'm sure that it has been but where? Not at the correct address that's for sure...

Wow, idk what to say. We had an issue with the Amazon drop box in Canadian, so I called the UPS store in Pampa and Denise gave me the phone number of the driver, Cody, who was more than happy to meet me to deliver the packages after delivery to the Amazon drop box failed.

The driver who comes to Higgins and Canadian just picks any random house and drops off packages. I've tried to call multiple times with no help. Luckily, my neighbors are honest people, and we take each other our packages. This is unacceptable service. If you call I can't get through to a human. My house is clearly numbered in 2 places and the driver doesn't care.

The representative doesn't speak good English. And was literally dumb. I didn't say these things ever. Till now. It is a total joke when all you want to do is pick up a perishable package.

Lady at the coustomer service desk is rude and seems like she doesn't want her job or to do her job. She made me really wish that there was an option to never use ups again for delivering packages

Driver said they tried to deliver my pkg after 5:30 1/27/2023. I was home And my ring camera picked up nothing. Online originally said deliver scheduled 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. I believe. They've always just left on porch...why not now??

Went on ups web link and changed the package to pick up, package was continuously attempted delivery, and now is being returned to sender. Not impressed, I want my money back that I was charged for having them hold the package
