Nearly every package that goes thru the Pampa facility is misdelivered or delivered days after it has already been marked as delivered. I've also have gotten packages delivered to my place that are labeled for totally different streets and house numbers that I have taken to the correct address my self or given back to the delivery driver. Automated customer support is zero help, only thing you'll get out it is "that package has been delivered". I'm sure that it has been but where? Not at the correct address that's for sure...
