I called and spoke with Isabella about a transmission flush. That's what I stated,she gave me 3 different packages to choose from. "#1 drain and fill @ 99.00,#2 Flush and Fill @ 150.00 and #3 Flush and Filter replacement @ 170.00". I asked specifically "three different packages," Basic,middle and premium she said "yes". I told her I would call back. Two hours later I called back and asked if I need to make an appt or what the procedure is,she states the last time for the day they take is 4 anytime before that will work. I confirmed the packages again and asked "who gets the filter for the Flush and filter package"? She replied with "we'll pick it up at autozone or O'Reilly in town". No corrections, nothing else stated on her part. My husband takes our vehicle in and drops it off and all of a sudden they want the 150.00 on top of the 170.00 to flush it out and change the filter. Two packages combined, not separate like we discussed on the two different occasions.I had to explain myself to two different managers with no resolution they acted like i should have known the fill and drain is a standardized practice and not everyone gets the flush and filter package. That they charged the 150 + 170 when you dont have an oil plug. One manager told me it was a breakdown in communication and I should know what I asked for....what I asked for was a transmission flush and pricing on each service. I don't work there how do I know the difference other than what she tells me? She was rude and belligerent the whole interaction with my husband and myself, making snarky comments about people wanting things they hadn't paid for and just another typical day in her line of work. Maybe if she knew what she was talking about it wouldn't have been another typical day.Cody from corporate got everything resolved and agreed it was a breakdown in communication on their part, I don't work there and can only go based off of what I was told by Isabella.They performed the service I was quoted on the phone twice, in one day, by the same person.In short make sure you get specifics about the services you call about, even if you use key words,you may not be getting what they told you over the phone. And it's really awkward sticking around so they can correct it.Service: Transmission

Went in for oil change and air filter change, I hope everything else was put back and installed with more care than my glove box. now my glove box hangs open and wont latch I don't know what they did but now I got to try and figure out how to fix it.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Quick, friendly, and thorough but apparently in their whole car inspection, including my tires, they missed an out headlight and two cupped tires. I'd give them 5 stars otherwise but that was kind of a big deal.

This is a very clean and well-stocked store, including the bathrooms. The employees were busy but still ensured to greet you as you entered the store and were prompt with checking out your purchase.

I've had my vehicle's oil changed at this location throughout the years. The last oil change, was more expensive than usual. I compared the receipts I keep in my vehicle and realized that I was charged for services I didnt even ask for. I was also told like many other customers that the oil used would last me for 2,000 more miles than the cheaper brand (which was not true). My cabin filter was changed even though the attendant had been told not to do so (since last time my very expensive filter was replaced with a cheap brand filter). I have never had anyone just charge me what they feel is a good number pulled from the air ( but the attendant that day felt this would be ok). The price difference from the time before is almost a 60 dollar difference. When I tell someone I need a basic oil change, no new filters and no new windshield wipers, I expect that what I asked for be done RIGHT. The biggest issue is that most people wont read their receipts and are being charged for services that are unnecessary or unwanted or not even being done. Someone needs to fix this issue immediately. Please be very aware of this happening and verify 100% what services and items you will be paying for before the work is done. Shame on the attendant that's been doing this (you know who you are).
