Keely at front desk is very nice & friendly . Clean room comfy bed standard good Hilton breakfast quiet comfortable stay except the bathroom floor a bit sticky. Will come back

The infrastructure of these buildings is in need of significant refurbishment. The echoing within the swimming pool area is excessive and disruptive. The standard of service provided is neither exceptional nor deficient. Fortunately, the ice machine is functional. The beds are not as comfortable as those I have experienced in the past, and the water pressure was inconsistent. I have never before noticed the extent to which sound travels down the hallway. I did not partake in their breakfast offering, but I am confident that it is of high quality. If not for the convenience of being down the street to everything, the rating would have been lower.

The beds and rooms were fine, beds are alright but I like mine a little more cushioned. The pool is FREEZING and after driving 17hrs for 3 days it was a disappointment to not be able to swim. We were told checkout time was at the latest by 12 so we slept in, we had housekeeping knock on our door 3 times until we finally put the do not disturb on the door (she was supper nice but come on), we were so exhausted it didn’t occur to us to do that after the first or second time and we’ve never had this happen to us before.

Dorothy at the front desk is the nicest and most polite person at any hotel.. I have stayed at many, and no one can hold a candle to her!!

It's an older hotel, but staff was very friendly, free parking, I thought it was going to be a nice stay until I woke up being bitten by bedbugs, needless to say I won't be back.

The room was average but very clean. The front desk was very friendly and helpful since it was during the blizzard. The location is ready to find and easy in and out. Overall it was a comfortable night.

The staff was incredible!! I forgot my phone charger, and they loaned me one from lost and found.

Good breakfast. Bed and room were nice. Cable was glitchy. Gave up and turned TV off.
Bathroom was nice except shower. Grout coming up and some mold where trim missing. Shower stalls need to be replaced.

Rooms are nice and clean, beds are firm, I like that I'm not a fan of overly soft beds. However don't expect the cable to work. The signal goes in and out and glitches and the shower water is not hot just warm.
