I wouldn't even give it a star if I had an option. I only go in to when I have to, I'd rather go to the store in Borger. But it's not always convenient driving 30 minutes. Borger customer service is awesome,they greet you, always smiling, very friendly. The one in Pampa is never friendly. The guy with the black curly hair and beard is rude as hell! Can't even manage to get a hello out of him. He ignores you and looks miserable! I don't think he realizes that customers secure his pay check! Just because it's the only $ tree in Pampa doesn't mean people will continue to shop there.

The employees are always really nice. However, the store is always nasty. It smells of mold most times we go in. The restrooms are never clean, I don't think the floors have ever been vacuumed and i've seen mouse droppings in the shelving. For as little as dollar tree pays their employees they could hire another person to clean the place up. They do have a decent selection of items most times, and it us convenient. They just need to clean it up!

The staff was very knowledgeable and eager to help. The store was orderly and stocked. It's nice to make a quick stop and be greeted with smiles.

This was the dirtiest Dollar Tree I have ever been in. There were broken toys everywhere and none of the floors were clean. I had been going there every summer and the store was always clean but obviously standards have dropped.

My wife likes this Dollar Tree store in Pampa, Texas. They usually have what we are looking for, even though some of the merchandise seems disorganized at times.
