They have a caucasian man that works in the pharmacy that looked like he wanted to punch ? me in the face because I was in their drive through pharmacy and I had rolled up my window after waiting 10 minutes in 99 degree heat to pay for my mom’s prescriptions. He knocked on the car window to get my attention but he didn’t have to look ? at me like that. His cheeks were puffed up as if he wanted to fight and breathing hard out of frustration. He had nothing to even be frustrated about. He is a pharmacist for pete’s sake. I didn’t say anything to him but give him my mother’s name and date of birth. That is protocol for picking up prescriptions.

The first pharmacist was very helpful. She said she would order my prescription and apply the GoodRx coupon I had. I went to pick up the prescription, and the pharmacist who was working treated me like I was an inconvenience to him. The medication was in stock, but the prescription hadn't been transferred from my other pharmacy. He basically wanted me to leave it where it was and not bother him. Didn't offer to give me a time (or date) when he could have it ready, until
I pressed him. I went back a third time to pick it up, and the GoodRx coupon hadn't been applied properly, so I paid an extra $100 for my medication. Insurance will kick in eventually on future prescriptions, but I drove 45 miles each way, three times to do business with them, you would hope the pharmacist would be a little more considerate of my time and effort.

I had no choice but to transfer a prescription from Walmart to CVS because they were out of stock and now I know why I don't choose CVS. The people who answer the phone in the pharmacy are unbelievably rude. I asked if the prescription had been transferred and was ready and the lady said, "It takes more than a couple of hours for it to be done. I mean, it's not an easy and quick thing to do. It will be ready some time today". Walmart has always been polite and helpful. This was just uncalled for.

Have received refills for some prescriptions up to 0ne month early, yet will not get others on time. The store will be out of what I need the most, yet not be helpful in trying to solve the problem. Over 3 years of disappointment. Small town, bad business. Quite upsetting when you need so many medications and no one to help

Kelly at CVS in Pampa will follow you around the whole store and not say a word. She is not friendly or helpful. She didn't even offer to ring up my item. Instead I used the self checkout while she stood behind me staring.

I had the best experience tonight at cvs in pampa!!!! The whole panhandle is out of stock of my meds! I called and went everywhere, I live 30 miles away. It was a mess! TAMMY had 20 in stock of the 30 and gave to me! For $30 Walmart tried to charge me $299 THANK YALL SOOO MUCH

I'd give them no stars if it was an option. Never in my life have I had a pharmacy send me on my way to find a pharmacy that actually had my prescription or could get it. I'll never spend another dime at a CVS store.
