The female employee who was working on Saturday evening (Castillo) was incredibly rude to my family. She denied my family service and yelled at them to the point where they had to leave the store. We asked for a basic service of adding a line to our plan and while I was explaining which phone we needed she cut me off several times. When she spoke to my grandmother about adding the line to the plan she acted as if us asking her to do her job was a huge inconvenience. My grandparents are elderly and have cancer and they just needed her to just be patient with them! Yet she kept being rude. If you’re being asked to handle a basic service, you should not have a terrible attitude and deny people service. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Bought a phone and a yaer later it's not working to good but people are very friendly and very helpful cricket app never worked for the phone I bought at all or voicemails

The store employees are nice. Cricket rules are not good for loyal customers. Just like their parent company AT@T. I got ripped off buying the cheap Cricket phone for almost $200.00 a few months ago. A couple days ago my wife took her phone in with problems. The people was nice but her phone is 3G and no longer working properly. Cricket isn't charging us $200.00 again for a no name phone. Got a cheap Cricket phone at Walmart. T- Mobile is looking good in the next few months! The phone service is good. Sorry for Employees working for crooked Corporation.

I purchased an accessory for 1 of my 4 phones and it is defective. With receipt in hand (less than a week old) and the complete packed item, I simply wanted to exchange it. Was told by 2 employees, that could not be done. That I had to come back in 3 more days to talk to someone else. Totally unacceptable. I'll be back in 3 days to close all 4 of my accounts if I have not been notified with a solution before then. More to come.....

Poor customer service and refusal to back up their product. I was 3 days late beating the 7 day return policy. Chad (regional manager) refused to allow me to return a defective phone even though Cricket was not open regular business hours and the road were not drivable due to the snow storm we had this week.
