The absolute worst pharmacy I’ve ever used!!! Every month they say they need to order my medicine. Then I call in two days and they say they need to order my medicine. Wasn’t done when they said they would. Absolutely every month it takes over a week to get the script filled. This is a medicine I’m on every month and have been for almost two years. Their word means nothing. Don’t go here!!!!

Horrible customer service and no sense of accountability or responsibility in trying to make the fulfillment of orders at the photo center. I ordered picture frames on Wednesday, and the email mentioned they would be ready by the same day. Then I came in, and they told me it was Saturday. I come in on Monday of the following week, and the order has not been fulfilled. Even after receiving a “pick up” email notification from them.
The associate mentioned that it was best for me to cancel the order and reorder at a different store, but they could not honor the price paid for the original order. What a joke, a waste of time, and an unprofessional manner to not fulfill orders they have “confirmed” via email. Nor assist the customer with providing a solution.

pharmacy to pick up a medication. But once I got to the pharmacy to pick up the medication the pharmacist (Leonard) said he couldn’t give me the medication because he needed to verify something with the doctor. I told him I had a procedure the next day and they had prescribed that medication to take the night before. He then elevates his voice and in front of many people says “how do I know your not pregnant”. He also wanted me to get a hold of my doctor at 7:30 pm for him to speak to them. I felt humiliated and embarrassed in front of everyone, and even more so when I had to say what medical condition I had. I feel this is out of his scope of work, I feel that I had no need to express my medical condition and even more so in front of other people. He was very unprofessional, I don’t understand if you had to verify the medication before you gave it to me why didn’t he contact the doctor earlier. Mind you they had sent the prescription at 9:00 am. I also work in the medical field and I know for a fact that no one has to disclose their medical information this way. He is a pharmacist, his job is to work on the medication and if they have questions contact the physician not interrogate the patient. If the doctor prescribed the medication, obviously is for a reason. I feel extremely humiliated and embarrassed!!

The store is always clean and very well-organized, making it easy to find everything I need. What really stands out is the hardworking staff—you can always see them in every corner of the store, making sure everything is spotless and well-stocked. Their attention to detail and commitment to keeping the store running smoothly really make a difference. Highly recommend this location in Palmview!

Horrible service at the pharmacy. I have been waiting in line for about an hour and haven’t gotten my prescription and this being with 2 cars in front of me only.

The pharmacist is the most rude person! Never again will I have my doctor send my prescriptions here. I was the last one on the line in the drive-thru and they closed the window at me when I had been waiting for. The man said I spoke to him at 7:57 and no it was at 7:52 I have proof on my phone. It's so upsetting because my daughter needs the medication. I went inside to complain and then that's when I had this conversation and the worst was for him not to provide the medication if they had cameras and checked like they said they would have seen I was there. I now had to go purchase medicine otc to provide for my sick daughters. & nitbstat in nf I had to get down with one with fever because I couldn't leave her home since she's so attached to me due to my pregnancy. Worst experience ever!

Horrible experience with representative and manager. Absolutely no customer experience! Placed a mobile order for posters at 5, stopped by at 8 to pick up and still not ready!

My prescription was locked up safe not working. No body to fix safe. Was not advised till I go pick up. Did not know when they could have it.

Store was very clean and organized. The staff were friendly and helpful. My cashier Veronica went above and beyond to help me. She was patient and helped me understand the promotions available. It's rare to come across employees that are in a good mood and happy to help anymore so this was definitely a pleasant experience. I will for sure visit again.

Minus 100 stars- you guys are bad for the community- if we go to get a Covid test- you won’t give the test and letting the community get exposed- we have to isolate ourselves because you won’t give us that service- we have to go TLC and they immediately test us-
