called Valley Carriers to check availability, as I have 12 loads from Houston to RGV. Who ever is answering the phone needs phone etiquette, as was on hold for several minutes. Hung up and redialed, call was picked up and then was hung up on. that is not how to call potential customers. I do hope to hear from someone. 9/25/19
