Walking into this bakery was amazing! you're immediately greeted by the comforting aroma of a freshly made latte and pan dulce, setting the stage for a cozy visit. The pan dulce was amazingThe latte i got was "the beija" but made with Splenda and decafe was amazing! definitely coming back!

1st time experience. I had no idea what or where I was being taken for breakfast, nor did my guest who had never been before, but what an absolute "DIAMOND" in the haystack is what we found. Great pastry, coffee, and breakfast selection. I had the " Biria Bliss Sopa", $ 9.99 from the breakfast menu. ( pictured). They also do lunch and dinner. We are Winter Texans and highly recommend Santa Fe Cafe to any and all looking for that next new place to enjoy and share with your friends and family.

The bubble tea and the coffee is so horrible here. This is a place I wouldn't even recommend to my worst enemy. Those girls working there do not know how to make anything right. The bread used to be better back in the day. I haven't been here for 10 years and I come back and it's really disappointing. I'm sorry I'm just being honest but they seriously need to hire some real baristas. They don't know how to properly make coffee or boba teas right.I don't think these people should making boba teas at all.

My recent experience at this coffee and bubble tea shop was far from satisfactory. The employees working there seem to lack the skills needed to make a decent coffee or tea. I had to request a remake three times, and the quality remained consistently poor. It was unfortunate, and I couldn't help but feel sorry for the staff. In the end, I had to discard my order and leave. The entire female staff working there has to go. They have no business making coffee or bubble tea especially charging they prices they do. A gas station or McDonald's coffee is way better than what their doing.

Omg everyone I just went to Santa Fe Bakery & Mercado. Their pan dulce was so delicious and moist. I haven't tasted pan dulce like this before. I usually go to Paris bakery but I found this bakery and am definitely going back. It's located in Palmview. I went looking for a bakery using Google Maps, and this was the first bakery to pop up. So I decided to drive over there, thinking it was going to be the usual bakery, but I was wrong. The bakery looks like a regular bakery from the outside, but let me tell you, you are in for a big surprise. This bakery is far from being a simple bakery. The inside is beautiful, filled with wonderful vibrant colors, clean, and has a calming atmosphere. I walked in, and one of the workers right away asked if I needed any help or had any questions. Their pan dulce looked so delicious that I couldn't decide what to get, but since I grew up eating marranitos and they are my favorite, I decided to go with the marranitos. They do have a choice between molasses and piloncillo; I didn't know there were options. Marranitos did not disappoint; they were super moist and filled with flavor—not too sweet or underflavored, but perfect. They have tables and wifi where you can sit, eat, work, or relax. Not only do they have pan dulce, but coffee, fresh aguas frescas, and bobas, amongst other drinks, and food like tacos, tamales, and burgers. I wasn't that hungry. But I am definitely coming back to try all of the other goods. Besides the marranitos, I also brought a kolache, and the gentleman who was helping was so kind to warm it up for me. To my surprise, it was one of the owners named Gilbert, who was very kind and willing to answer any question I had about the meals, drinks, and pan dulce because I always have questions about what I am putting in my body. I also met the other owner, Hector, who was also very kind. Gilbert was kind enough to give me a pumpkin cheesecake so I could try it out. OMG, it was so delicious. I usually can't find a good pumpkin cheesecake around here, and my go-to place was Olive Garden, but man, when I tasted the first bite, my palette was shocked but at the same time celebrated so many rich flavors of pumpkin, caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg, and graham crackers. Just to say the crust was just the way I like it, crispy and not falling apart. I am a pumpkin cheesecake lover. The cheesecake surpassed my expectations of what I thought was a top cheesecake. I mean, I have been to the Cheesecake Factory, and to me, their cheesecakes are just okay, but this cheesecake was... I don't even have words to describe it, but it was on point and more. Gilbert was a delight to talk to, always with a smile, attentive to my questions, and very kind. Smiles are a big plus for me because the first impression is very important to me in making a decision to come back, not only the food but also how I am greeted, and I love smiles. So for me, Santa Fe Bakery overly met my expectations and more, and I definitely look forward to going back to try all their pan dulce (concha filled with cream cheese and strawberries; they also had a cookies and cream concha), drinks, tacos, hamburgers, sincronizadas, tamales, barbacoa, menudo, and more. Gilbert also told me they are looking to add healthy food options, which is a big plus for me because tacos, pan dulce, and menudo are a luxury to me because I am always eating on the healthy side. But with all this said, I highly recommend Santa Fe Bakery; Sorry no pictures I gobbled it up.

We saw their Facebook post and decided to give it a try. we were blown away with the breakfast tacos. The barbacoa is well served and delicious. The corn and flour tortillas are homemade and are so good. The coffee was delicious! I had an iced orchata macchiato with espresso; I wanted more! I highly recommend Santa Fe Bakery and Mercado for breakfast or lunch! And to close it off, the pan dulce was the cherry on top! Great customer service from the staff.
