“It's okay, except that now they ask for the ID and there are people who don't have it and others I don't know what's wrong with them but they don't even remember their own pin or password and the girl, well, it takes longer than normal to serve the others or put to two employees to speed up the line that is done is my personal opinion.”

He was the only person at a cricket store in the valley out of 12 different stores that actually answered their business phone when I called . He immediately answered my questions and when I got to store he greeted me and got me set up really quickly. He explained everything thoroughly and was a genuinely nice person.
