4-5-24 Parking lot needs repair and some lines painted. Girl running the drive thru couldnt understand my order, and I couldnt hear her even with the truck shut off. When I got to the window, and again shut off the truck, I still couldnt hear her. She was so busy taking orders, she couldnt process my payment or hand out the food that was sitting there ready.

It's not the first time my order is not good but I've just let it pass. Like the eggeolls have been cold in the middle or the burger is wrong. But ugh... my number 24 breakfast sausage was missing 25% of it. And all the sandwiches i brought except one had a piece of egg shell in it. Including this one as you can see. Ugh...

Really? So walk in and ask "do you have the 2 tacos for $.99" special? "Yes" says a girl in managers uniform. "I'll take 3 orders". Says I. "That'll be $5.69" say the girl. "No," says I, "ninty nine cents for two" says I. "No" say manager " that's our special". Points to board at $1.69 for two. Customer walks out. Wonder why we're failing?***Note: at JIB's request, I went to the prooffered website and left basically the same comment. Also tried to upload a screenshot of the units website with the deal showing, but it won't let me. ? It's still there though as of 2.7.24 7am. Appreciate JIB's watching their reviews!As of 2.27.24 no further response from JIB.

This location will steal your money if you try ordering online at this location. I called to cancel an order cause I ordered at the wrong location and they did not cancel the order. If they do that im sure they will steal card info in person

Rest rooms were stained with urine on the floor toilet was stained Gross and smelled horrible all the way to the dining area Parking lot just like the one in palmview discusting full of bird poop even on the door

There was enough staff on duty, but none felt the urge to clean them dining area. They spent more time chatting with each other than keeping the place tidy.All tables were dirty and still had leftover stuff. Enough food on the ground to feed a small family. The parking is also full of paper bags and napkins.The food was okay, but it looked like it was thrown in the basket and undefined stuff in the curly fries.
