I stopped by the store at 10:00, the time they were SUPPOSED to open. I waited until 10:15 before I left. They must not need customers very much.

The customer service is terrible!!! I was walking in 20 minutes prior to them closing i had a few questions about a my phone but the lady stopped me mid sentence saying they were closed. I said i only had a question about transferring a phone to another carrier but she didn’t care as she said she was too busy that they had to preclose. I looked down at her phone and she’s watching fking tik toks so i asked if tik tok is why you’re so busy and she shut the door and locked it. Don’t go here for any type of services the fat lady will scream at you
