A red truck FLIES by up and down the main road completely disregarding that there’s an elementary school during school hours. I’ve reported it passing up traffic on a two lane road and braking on top of my vehicle. Probably rear ended the other vehicle because they DO NOT keep a safe distance. Horrible Drivers.
