Super mad the last that was helping me out name karina on her name tag but on the receipt said Cynthia she told me that for my phone they would get it for 850. If I would turn it in and then when I paid the amount that she told me she change the price and told me that they could get it for 450.00 that price changes all the time ? honestly I never learn all the time I go to any store from T-Mobile they always charge me more !!

Was treated absolutely rude by the Store Manager "Leo" he would not give me a name stating he was the only Leo that worked there. Absolutely standoffish and proceeded to yell at me and treated to call the Police department. Very unprofessional.

I went to replace a screen protector for my iPhone 11 am waited at least 15 minutes to be helped while there being 3 employees standing around talking. Once I was helped the man was rude an impatient an left bubbles on my screen protector an said “that’s the best he could do & to go back next time” manger was right next to him an didn’t bother saying anything.

I went to this T-Mobile store to purchase a new iPhone and I was told that they currently have a "bundle package". The employee presented the package by making it seem as if a phone case and a phone screen protector would be free with the purchase of a new phone. I do not recall the exact words she used but she said something to the effect of "with the purchase of a new phone you get a screen protector and a phone case". The employee never disclosed that the phone case and screen protector would be added to the monthly payment of the phone and she failed to disclose the price of each. After the employee completed the transaction she placed the receipt in a bag along with the phone. Before leaving the store I checked the receipt and noticed that I was being charged $40 for a screen protector and $40 for a phone case. $80 is an extravagant amount for a screen protector and phone case when both of these items can be purchased at Walmart together for less than $20. I kindly requested that the screen protector and case be removed from the phone and from the transaction, which the employee did.

David, David, David, the man is a legend and the one to see when visiting this store. I walked in having researched which phone I wanted already based on performance specs. David knew his stuff and took real good care of me as well as the big guy whose name I don't recall. They were both friendly, attentive, and above all made me feel welcome. I'll be sure to ask for them specifically when I go back in the future.
