Would like a call from management rude personality very bad lady's rushing me wile I was inside store and shoes I bought didn't even have the correct box the top cover was int the correct one refuse to get it exchange and none of the lady's were able to help me with my issue.

My visit to this store was marred by horrible customer service. Despite following the 30-day return policy and keeping tags intact, Ellie and Brenda refused my return. After several calls, other stores confirmed my eligibility, but not without implied threats.As longtime customers of Melrose, my family and I were shocked by this unprofessional treatment. It's disappointing to see such disregard for company policies. Ellie and Brenda's behavior reflects a lack of professionalism and customer care toward my family and friends.

Terrible experience today sat april 3 2021As we were entering (me my husband who just came out of work and my son) we hear one of the workes say to the other "check them"Just because my husband was stained cause of work hes a mechanic of course he had to be stainedI couldnt enjoy my shoppingEverywhere i would go i would get followed by the workers i felt harassedWe were even looking at backpacks and a lady in black with blond hair kind of chunky was just staring at us like we were going to take themIm disgusted by theyre attitudes they cant see anyone straight form work because they start assuming acting like we were going to rob the place. Disgusting.
