If I could give 0 stars I would! My daughter was in the ER last night. She had a seizure due to a high fever. The drs got her fever down and sent me home with a prescription for her weight with the correct amount she was suppose to take. (She is taller and bigger than a normal 3 year old.) so the pharmacy was closed when we got out of the ER so I waited to today to get the e medicine in the morning, it was around 10-11am. Got to the pharmacy and was told “we haven’t even prepared the medicine yet. She doesn’t have insurance so you ca. literally just come inside and buy it over the counter” like excuse me I have a whole prescription regardless if I can buy it over the counter! To treat a 3 year old client like that is just?️?

Waiting time is horrible, customer service is horrible, they never have your medications ready on time and always behind.

Worst experience at this pharmacy. I dropped of a Rx that wasn't covered by my insurance. Four days later and I still didn't have an update. Turns out they don't call you to let you know these issues. Also, I could never get through on the phone to a live person. You're better off not wasting your time here.

Palmhurst, TX pharmacy location closing off the drive through and making customer go inside the store 20 minutes before closing. Please explain how this makes sense? What about high risk patients, elderly with walking and gait issues? Just because you want to go home early on a Sunday, you limit the customer/ patient? Walmart would never.

Super bad service waited about 30 minutes for my daughter’s meds and then they told me that they could give me her cold medicine because they couldn’t read the doctors prescription. I dropped of prescription at 12 they had all day to call, now my daughter is left with no meds. Last time going there never again!

We made appointments to get the Pfizer COVID vaccine (second dose) the very same day because we went to get vaccinated at Walgreens (and although they confirmed our appointments one day before) when we arrived they said they got no vaccines.In contrast, this pharmacy is very clean and nice, staff is very kind and efficient and we got vaccinated so gently that we felt no pain. We’ll sure keep going back to this pharmacy in general and also to get our booster. We’re very grateful, please keep up the excellent work! ☺️???
