Always says… “attempted to deliver” but ring shows something different. Not to mention expensive packages left in the driveway to be blown away instead of putting them in the gigantic box in the front porch specifically for packages that Amazon seems to not have trouble finding. This doesn’t even take into account the $20.00 of stamps that never made it . Supposedly they were “taped to a package” left yet again in my driveway exposed to animals and the elements when a gigantic parcel box is on tue front porch. I’ve made complaints to the supervisor and she always is snide and has an excuse for everything and acts like you’re the villain when you bring it to their attention. Not to mention the carrier that turns around in my driveway so fast it’s like a nascar rookie trying to prove themselves. I’ll be glad when I can get a grown responsible adult with some ethics for a carrier when I move…

Worst post office ever, they're closed for an hour and a half in the middle of the day, they never have what I need, and it smells like cigarette smoke. I stopped by for a stamp and they didn't have any. Seriously?!?

Even though I live in Ennis, I always come to the Palmer Post office. Valerie is always the young lady that waits on me. She is super courteous, efficient and always has a friendly smile. I have been in there before when a customer wasn't being very nice. I thought Valerie handled the problem wonderfully! The post office is very fortunate to have her as an employee!

Love this post office. I drive trucks and only can come in on Fridays. Each time I needed to send certified mail, the ladies upfront were helpful and accommodating. Never had any issues receiving a package.

Palmer Postal workers are EXTREMELY helpful, patient and friendly. We get a lot of packages from Amazon, FedEx, and UPS. We love getting all our packages delivered to the post office using the street addressing feature; especially with, porch pirates stealing packages off home porches! However, it's very difficult to pick them up 8:30a-4:30p, M-F. We do wish it was open on Saturdays. If not, open Saturday, then, perhaps, alternative open hours for one weekday; 6:30a-3:30p, or, 10a-7p. Or, install more Parcel Lockers. Reluctantly, we may have to move our PO Box to Waxahachie Post Office because it's open Saturday morning.

Their hours of operation are absolutely useless to anyone who works "normal" hours. Open at 8:30am and closed at 4:30pm with an hour and a half long lunch starting at noon and closed on Saturdays. I know we are a small town, but come on!

Mail is frequently never received when it shows to be “coming soon“ on my USPS app. Waiting for an important letter that should’ve arrived 2 to 3 days ago! I guess I will never see it…

I ordered an item online they told me it was going to arrive in 2-7 days and its beed more than 10 days and it still hasn’t arrived i am so mad this is bad customer service

Palmer Postal workers EXTREMELY helpful. We love getting all our packages delivered here; especially with, the porch pirates stealing packages off porches! They should advertise the advantage of renting a PO Box for this security. We get a lot of packages from FedEx and UPS. I must reiterate how helpful and friendly they are to us!!! THANK YOU for the WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!!

Our little Post Office has been caring for the United States Postal service as far back as I can remember originally when we moved here ad a child in the early 70's the post office was located in the Bank Vault. No matter wherever they've been they're always concerned about your experience with mail and that everything was as easy going. I think from postmaster Mr. Bonner to the current post master we have had some of the very best!
