They went out of their way to assist me in the process, and were super helpful. Due to the damage on my vehicle, there was a hidden issue (no way for the shop to know about it without driving it on the highway) with the alignment/tire balance when I picked it up, but I called twisted metal and they fixed it immediately. I have (unfortunately) went through other repair shops before, but twisted metal surpassed all of them easily. Highly HIGHLY recommend this repair shop.
