I wish I could give this pitiful service ZERO stars, but that doesn't seem to be an option.Horrible service and practically NO customer support.AND NO SERVICE FOR FOUR DAYS WITH NO SERVICE RESTORATION UPDATES!! I HATE ZITO MEDIA!!!???

I have Had intermittent internet for nearly 2 weeks. They checked the outside lines & found no problem so they closed the ticket without a resolution. I called Again & rep came out & told me modem was bad & they don’t furnish any equipment. He told me what I needed To purchase myself & to call service & ask them to give him another service assignment. Customer service said I had To mail my current modem to them before they could install my new one. (I bought The old one!) it’s mine. He told me the service ticket from 2 days ago has. It been closed & he can’t set it up until the ticket is closed! I told Him I could Not close his ticket & I needed A service rep. I got Angry deluxe!!! No help! He was going to leave me with no ticket & no idea when he could set repairs up! Finally he set the service rep up for Monday the 3 days from now. I hate Your customer service!!! I can’t Understand a lot they say!!! I’m still not sure I will Continue with Zito! I’ve been with you since you purchased the Canton, Tx location. Second thoughts are certainly going through my mind!!! Please improve your service. If you want to discuss this please call!!!!

we've hard wired our devices for a better connection and it doesn't matter. if a mouse farts 3 miles away, the wifi goes out.

Had it for one week and working on day three of coax internet outage in that time. Fiber optic not an option at this time.

Just got the "upgrade" they have been pushing us to get, they even turned off our service that we have been pay for to "get our attention" so they could give us the free fiber optic upgrade which is worse than coaxial. If you like popping sounds that will damage your speakers and slow load speeds with choppy streaming, then fall for the free upgrade. The plan is to completely remove coaxial cable from the area and replace it with fiber optic, leaving us with no other option unless you like satellite service, which changes with the weather.

3 years of issues at my line and they refuse to fix it. They happily take your money for a service they don't provide. I pay for high speed yet run intermittent. They just did a refresh and now I have none. Maintenance was supposed to be here last week and never showed. This is common with them.

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL UNLESS YOU FEEL LIKE DEALING WITH A LAWSUIT AND AN OVERSEAS CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM THEY HAVE BEEN SUEED BY SO MANY TOWNS AND CITIES ITS AMAZING THEY ARE STILL A COMPANY. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM GOOD LUCK????.NOTHING WILL GET DONE ABOUT IT AND THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE ABOUT IT. WORST PLACE EVER TO GET INTERNET.....

Never works and still pays full price every month even when it works half the month. I supposedly have the fastest speed they offer and I still can barely do anything off 2 or 3 devices and that's sad.

This is the most corrupt company I've ever dealt with and I would like to know who they paid in the Governor's And Attorney Generals office to get away with this.This has got to be the most unreliable internet service I have ever had anywhere in the country.Not only is the service bad but it intermittently drops out more often than it works and then they have the balls to charge you $100 a month for this slow unreliable service.This is definitely a company that deserves to be put out of of business.

Absolutely the worst service! No other services in our area as soon as another service come in I will be making a switch! Poor customer, have been told that maintenance is working on the issue for over a month! And are still charging regular monthly price!
