I went in with my husband, we got our new phones. I told them I don't want protection plans and I wanna do autopay. First bill comes around and it is all kinds of messed up. Firstly they added the protection plans I told them I did not want. Then they didn't actually set up my autopay and I was almost late on my bill. I had to call Verizon to fix everything.

Great customer service....no wait time, knowledgeable about plan and went the extra mile to help update and replace parent's phone. Alex was very helpful and we left there with a new phone at the best price with everything changed over from the old "never updated or backed up" phone. Very satisfied!!!

Manager is an unhinged psychopath! Threatened my son and me, because he claimed we called the 16 year old girl with him “stupid.” It never happened. He also closed the store early, so we could not conduct our business and said we wouldn’t be customers of Verizon anymore. I have filed a complaint with corporate. I don’t normally go after someone’s job, but if you lack the ability to control your emotions to this extreme, you have no business working with the public. He also issued a veiled threat of physical violence (a gun, pepper spray?) because my son approached his vehicle to ask for his name. This man has major issues. I will keep complaining until he is no longer employed there.

I was seriously thinking about discontinuing after my contract expired because I have had such a difficult time with Verizon up until this point. I went to the Verizon store in Palestine for the first time a few weeks ago and the gentleman there was so knowledgeable and so kind that I will definitely keep my Verizon service. He was able to identify (immediately) a problem that’s been going on throughout the duration of my contract that I’ve spoken to at least eight other Verizon employees state wide about. Thank you very much, sir I don’t remember your name but I really appreciate you!

This store is the worst Verizon store the employee never wants to help you. If you have a package that's supposed to go back to Verizon and the instructions tells you to take to the store they will turn you away and refuse to take it then you are left with wasting more gas to have to take it to the UPS drop off.

From 3 stars to 0. This company has continually increased their prices, while removing certain features. They double dip on taxes county & city etc. Customer service is at an all time low. They are not competitive in pricing. You'll be better off going with a different cellphone company, for a cheaper price & unlimited everything. You will pay double the price using Verizon for unlimited anything & its not truly unlimited. The only decent thing I can say about Verizon is they own most of the cell towers so you can get service almost anywhere. <<< keyword "ALMOST". They you're paying for 5G when in the town we live in only has 4G. I only pick up 5G if I'm in the city. So they are robbing us as customer & then tell you, you gotta have 5G with the plan you have. I'm sure Verizon owes me some money from this, paying for 5G but only receiving 4G.

This has got to be the most useless store I've ever seen I have been in the store 3 times the three different issues they could not help me any of the three time I always had to deal with customer service phone call which takes hours. I would say Verizon is the worst cell phone company to deal with but they're all just equally bad.
