Only a couple of the fuel pumps work and then I asked him when they were going to get them fixed and theysaid get what fixed damn fuel pumps fixed wow will not be stopping here anymore

I will never do business at this location again. I was there Saturday, and their electricity had just returned. I paid for my purchase with my debit card. The screen said, "Thank You". The lady proceeded to tell me that it did not go through. The little girl at the counter offered to pay the $15.64 out of her pocket if it did not go through. I did not want her to have to do that so I paid with my credit card and it went through. I asked if it did go through would it be refunded. She said yes. She never told me that I would have to drive back to Palestine to get the refund. I live 45 minutes from the store and do not feel that I should have to drive back to the store which will be an hour and a half just to get $15.64 credit back. I offered to give her my debit card information so she could credit it back. She was adamant that I needed to go back to the store to get a refund. She was very rude and did not offer any other solution. She also said "well the clerk offered to pay the money for you if it did not go through and you refused. You chose to use your credit card. Her name was Jennifer. I will never do business with this store again.

Charged me 75 cents for a cup of ice in my own cup... lost a customer. 35 cents max or like everyone else it's free in your own cup.

Very clean restrooms and store. Got a cheeseburger fresh off the grill, fries and a drink. Cheeseburger was stacked with fixing and fries perfectly cooked and Hot. I was shocked at how good it was, and the price was excellent. Considering my meal at a brew pub in Tyler, this was excellent. Never know do you?

This little deli inside the Gateway travel stop has the best cheeseburger I've had in alot of years!I had heard from a friend that they were told this was the best burger in town. My wife and I decided to go try it and was shocked at just how great this burger is. The burger was also huge, half pound patty and large toasted bun. My wife and I could have easily have split this burger.The fries are also great. They are very crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Great flavor too! They offer fries, curly fries or wedges. The burger is $7.49 and .50 for cheese. The best value is to get the basket with fries and a drink. Two cheeseburger baskets with drinks and fries was $22 but worth every cent.

Serena, who was working at 12:30 AM on Tuesday September 7th decided she wanted to talk to her man instead of checking me out. I was told by her to go seek out another employee who was making food to pay for my drinks and gas.I'm sorry, but if you're on the clock and you're intentionally telling customers to find someone else to check you out so you can talk to your man, go home. Clock out and stop wasting people's time.P.S. He ain't the one, sis.

The store is always clean and well stocked. The clerks are friendly and super helpful. There's a guy in the car wash that is always very very nice I can't remember what he told me his name was....maybe Kyle??? Anyway love stopping here and it really is the best place to stop in for anything if you're traveling.

Stopped in to grab a some drinks. Restroom was covered in toilet paper in the stalls. Well they may have been short staffed so understandable, seen a hat liked it the tag that was the original said $19.99 when it rang up its was $27. So I looked at the tag seen it said $19.99 as did the cashier. I went and grabbed another that said $19.99 same thing. $27.99. I asked if there was someone to fix the price he said I can take it off and you can talk to a manager tomorrow. He probably does NOT like his job. Nonetheless I'm not sure why he was more flustered than I;

If you are a trucker this place will try to charge you for parking in their lot. Despite not having any visible signage. They are located right across the street from a Walmart distribution center so I think they know they can take advantage. And if you park there anyways they will come knocking at the door.
