“Moved my belongings to this storage facility back in January/February 2022. I was staying over 2 hrs from here but had been trying to move to the area. Driving Over the Road makes it hard to get things down at times but Janice helped me tremendously by meeting with me early on a Saturday morning to get me set up. Belongings are still there but hopefully out soon as I have come off the road and in a new home. Thank you for everything!!”
“I hardly give reviews but wanted to offer one about Lone Star Storage. Kim, at the front desk is amazing! What an asset to the facility. The units are very secure and extremely clean. Accessibility is perfect. Again, I rarely post reviews and wanted to thank Kim for all the excellent customer service. I appreciate it and her. I recommend using this company should you need to store anything.”

“We rent a space of medium size foe $54 a month. It is gated and one would need the code to enter and exit the facility. The lady that helped us was very nice and courteous.”

At the West Oak location in Palestine I got to work with Jen and Beau and they went way beyond customer service when I got behind due to an illness. I wish I had the words to describe the gratitude I have for these guys. Definitely where you want to keep things safe.”
