Bank approved and posted a transaction AFTER they already contacted me about fraud! Then, after they issued a new card, which I haven't received, they issued ANOTHER new card, to delay me another week on top of the ten days they expecte to wait for money, which the bank allowed to be stolen from my account, to be returned. ZERO communication from the bank manager or any of the no doubt useless VP's. Regions is absolutely the awful. The thing is. .they don't care! They know things like this happen and make zero attempt to stop it because they just don't care. Yes, they make a show of fighting fraud, but fighting fraud is expensive. So it's better to just annoy and their customers than to actually get serious. Banks are crooks!

Bad bank. Find a better one and let this one bankrupt. Won't allow their account holders to give money to people who have better banking standards.

Worst bank ever put a hold on my account then wouldn’t release my funds. Entire staff was rude beyond measures! If anyone has this districts mangers number I would greatly appreciate it. This branch NEEDS TO BE CLOSED IMMEDIATELY!

I do not agree with the fact that employees are working and on the front line at that dealing with the public while they actively are positive with covid. This is allowing the spread of covid even more not only to the public that comes in and out of there but also puts the other employees and their families in the path of receiving it as well. This should not be allowed at all and I would have thought that the manager would at least have the decency to think about her employees and their families by putting them at risk but I guess some people just don't care about others.

Stopped in twice over 2 days (Mon & Tues) to open account after moving to town. Waited 20 minutes the 1st time and the only person that could open an account decided to go to lunch. 2nd time I came in and waited then asked the teller, as there was no one else available, how much longer I would need to wait and why did they only have 1 person opening accounts? Was told that was bank policy and that I needed to make an appt. Took my business elsewhere and so glad I did.

Went for a he-loc. Got approved but Jodi Missildine drug her feet and let the application expire. When she resubmitted she filed the wrong paperwork but I still got approved for a he-lo. When I asked them to correct the mistake they said I was denied for a he-loc and then cancelled the he-lo I had been approved for. Left me holding the bill ran up to satisfy their demands.

Was instructed by telephone support that my issue needed to be resolved in branch. Went in and the person said that they could not resolve my issue until the manager came in later. She assured me that I would get a call once they looked at it. Never got a call. Called the branch before they closed but the manager was busy. They promised to call back. Still no call. Called the next day to speak with manager and was on hold for over 10 minutes. Gave up and tried calling the branch back and no one answered for over 5 minutes of ringing. Had to resolve with another branch. Regions is terrible and this branch is a shining example of why they are so bad.

I would give 0 stars if I could! Every. Single. Month. that I have to call these people to make a payment on our car loan I have to spend at least 45 minutes (today was an hour) being transferred from person to person! No one knows who I am supposed to talk to!?!? They say I cant go online to make a payment so I either have to mail a check or call. Well, my check has gotten lost in the mail before so I dont do that anymore. I asked to speak to a supervisor this time because it just got so asinine! The supervisor was rude and completely unhelpful and told me she would have to transfer me to another department! This makes my 8th transfer! All the while sitting on hold during each transfer! This whole thing is so insane I cannot adequately express it in words. I will NEVER EVER EVER get a loan again through Regions and I will SURE never bank with them. I cannot WAIT until this loan is paid off in 10 months. This has happened nearly EVERY SINGLE TIME I have called to GIVE them money since Feb of 2017!

Went to cash a check today and had to stand in line and wait while one employee had a personal conversation and another was on her cell phone. I got waited on when the personal whispering conversation was over! Very unprofessional!

Would not recommend. Firstly when we opened our account on a promotional offer we had to stay on top of them to get the promotion that was offered. They did finally do it. We stayed with Regions for four years, then decided we wanted a bigger bank. We closed the account in May then in September find out that they never closed our account back in May. So they charged banking fees, and we had a balance. The first person we spoke with from customer service was SO RUDE, finally when she got tired of disagreeing with me said she was going to transfer me then left me on hold 15 mins. I called back and this time had someone very nice, and quickly discovered the bank error and cleared the balance in a matter of 5 mins.
