Katie informed me was eligible for an update on my 2019 rav4. I went to palestine toyota. I was expecting to get a new car but I was surprised when she showed a brand new 2024 rav4. About a hour later I was approved and drove off the lot in my new car. Thank you Katie for the great day.

I will no longer conduct any business with Palestine Toyota after today’s experience. The lifetime warranty is misleading, customer service failed. I was told that the warranty would cover the repairs only to find out afterwards that it wouldn’t. I was charged for something that could have been avoided. Nothing was done to provide an alternative solution nor to retain a returning customer. Lesson learned.

I was very displeased with the service for a wheel alignment. It's only good for 30 days warranty I understand but bolts shouldn't ever come loose after an alignment. I called for a service manager but they didn't bother to call me. If you care for your family don't trust them to do a wheel alignment on your car.

We always have an awesome experience with Palestine Toyota. We have bought multiple vehicles with them and it’s always a low pressure friendly environment. The staff are knowledgeable and I couldn’t recommend them more. The lifetime warranty is a great perk too!

My husband literally spent all day waiting for them to work on our car only to call them at 2:15 IN THE AFTERNOON to ask what the status was for them to tell us they wouldn’t even be able to get to our car that day because they were “behind” and there were 4 other cars ahead of us. That literally makes no sense!!! We had scheduled an appointment for 9:30 AM!! My husband arrived with the car EARLY at 8:45 to drop it off. First how does our car get FOUR cars behind that early in the morning? Second you’d think if they were running so far behind they would have let my husband know instead of him waiting around all day and then having to call them himself. Clearly we were not a priority. What’s the point in scheduling an appointment??? What a complete joke! And what a completely wasted day! We’ll never go to Palestine Toyota ever again.

Nick Nichols helped me settle into a new Tundra. Truly, I don't ever want to buy from anyone else again. He made the entire experience perfect. He listened to my casual speaking of the features and colors I desired. He didn't waste my time with trade-in games. He stayed late and got me the perfect Tundra from another dealership that dry evening and filled my tank. I love this dealership. I love my Tundra and I especially love Nick Nichols!

By far the best dealership I've ever purchased a car from. Mireya sold me a 2018 Ridgeline and she and Mr. Hammers worked with me to get it a good price. They even fixed the slight body damage on it after I had already signed the paperwork. I'm very satisfied with the lifetime power train warranty as well.
