Bought 2 ceiling fans in May. Builder just installed. One making odd noise and returned. Would not honor lower price originally purchased for and charged $40 more for same fan. Will be last product ever purchased at Lowe's.

My husband and I were buying paint and the employee at the paint counter convinced us to buy a 5 gallon bucket and I'm so glad he did, we definitely needed it.

Traveled from Conroe to Palestine today to buy a generator today. Walked in and were greeted by three very friendly guys and found what we were looking for. I didn’t catch all of their names, one was Jaydon I believe, one was a black gentleman with a short hair cut, possibly a manager and the other an older white gentleman. Just wanted to say thank you for your help and making this a quick, pleasant experience.

I love going to Lowe’s don’t even know why it’s just that smell of wood and nails and sand paper that reminds me of when I used to go do a bunch of projects with my grandpa and that smell of flowers and soil that I used to work with with my grandma

Lowe’s customer service sucks. I called to get help on an item that I bought, and they put me on hold For 10 minutes, when she finally got back she said she was going to transfer me to technical support and never heard from them. I had to figure it out myself, thanks for nothing Lowe’s.

Absolute S-Show. Lumber delivery never arrived. They never even called to say their truck was down for 3 days and that the materials would not be there on time (they knew for 3 days that the delivery wasnt going to make it). Still waiting on a status a day later. This is just another incident that this location is an epic failure. Management needs to get their act together.

Gave this store 3 starts awhile back unfortunately it seems to be going down hill. placed a order yesterday thru the process and get the notification it is ready for pick up last night. Come in this morning to pick it up they haven't even pulled 90% of it. ot the first bad experience here but I usually wait before downgrading something just because mistakes happen but this is getting ridiculous!

Contractors beware, these people are incompetent, they change your delivery date and don't call you. They lie and tell you it's coming when you call, but it isn't. Worst Roofing supplier I've ever seen
And I'm a 45 year Roofing veteran. Don't buy from them, there even worse than Homie Depot.

I just got rescheduled for the 4th time. I'm a roofer. I have customers that have expectations. I have a crew that has now missed 3 days of work due to Lowes not showing up and I can't even get a guarantee for tomorrow so now materials if they even show will be sitting outside all weekend. Management act as if they have no control over it. I've spent literally millions at Lowes. If their service was like this in DFW, they would never see another dime.
