Recently we picked up our little guy from Lone Star Chinchillas and overall it was the best experience, we had stated the preference of what we wanted and got it, our little guy came with a large bag full of goodies to go home with, the owner is so helpful and friendly, we highly recommend them.

We had such a wonderful experience with Lonestar chinchillas! This is our first chinchilla and they were great about walking us through what to expect, what we'd need to get before we brought our pet home, and what he'd provide to us. He met us halfway between where we lived and his shop for a nominal fee, which was so very convenient and appreciated! He gave us some bath dust, hay cubes, and food to get us started. We've had our chinchilla now for over 7 months and couldn't be happier! The chinchilla has a great temperament and he's got a very playful personality. We felt like we had everything we needed right from the start and there weren't any surprises! He's a wonderful pet and we're so thankful we found Lone Star chinchilla - they really helped us to be well prepared for our new pet!

We purchased our chinchilla from Lone Star Chinchilla in July of 2023. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and started us on the right foot. If you are looking for a Chinchilla I highly recommend.
