Alicia helped me out and was very professional!!! I really prefer the Kroger Pharmacy so much more than Walmart! Even if there is a little wait it's way better than the lines at Walmart!

My husband was very ill, so I called the pharmacy when we left the doctor office . The pharmacy tech gave me a tentative time for the RX to br ready. That is such a relief during stress, since we live 25 miles away from town.

I’m just DONE with the rudeness. My experiences have been 80% unpleasant , and that’s just too much. I get a call saying it’s ready , when I drive out there , only part of it is , and the other was on order, but that got cancelled and they aren’t sure why ? Not good business , and this is my health they are playing with . When I ask questions , she wants to get snippy with me- always !They've charged me full price , saying they “couldn’t find” my insurance , and got ugly when I assured them I had it that morning at the doctors office . Just tiring .

increase juice choices 8oz size/ frozen food individual meals/Boston Market/Jimmy Dean breakfast bowls. always.have at least 1 check out lane open.. associates stocking were untidy. coupons are good to get me in but have to search the shelves to find the item

My dr called in a prescription at 12:50 for a procedure I was having done at 3, told the pharmacy I needed to pick the medicine up and take it atleast an hour before the procedure (so by 2). Pharmacy manager told me that the dr had no right to dictate when a prescription is filled by a pharmacy and that because I hadn’t called to confirm they were filling it that they hadn’t filled it and I would have to wait an additional 30 minutes which would put me picking the prescription up at 230 this messing my procedure up. Then hung up on me. When I went into the store, he then laughed at me and told me he hadn’t said any of that.He also informed me that they no longer do curbside pick up at the pharmacy but it is listed as a service on their website
