Home of the $12 cheeseburger.. like wth. You can get a real one across the street at JITB for 6 bucks or a whole meal at the Dennys attached to it.. I understand convenience but no way.

Nice clean place. Not sure when Pilot took them over but nice people ,clean lot clean restrooms. For the drivers parking overnight. Make sure to have locks on the trailer doors. On 07/18/23 while doing my walk around I found that the left door someone had tried to open it. The handle was out of its cradle and pulled out. It was not like that last night when I did my walk around.

This little deli inside the Gateway travel stop has the best cheeseburger I've had in alot of years! I had heard from a friend that they were told this was the best burger in town. My wife and I decided to go try it and was shocked at just how great this burger is. The burger was also huge, half pound patty and large toasted bun. My wife and I could have easily have split this burger. The fries are also great. They are very crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Great flavor too! They offer fries, curly fries or wedges. The burger is $7.49 and .50 for cheese. The best value is to get the basket with fries and a drink. Two cheeseburger baskets with drinks and fries was $22 but worth every cent.

Boyfriend took us there for a burger basket. He has been raving for awhile about how good they were in the past......well,Our burgers were ok, but had issues. The meat was overcooked and very dry, not juicy at all. Mine was supposed to have bacon, none on burger. Both asked for mayo, barely any on them. The buns were grilled nicely, but were tough. Told them seasoned salt on waffle fries, nothing was on fries.Very disappointed for my first time there!?

The store is always clean and well stocked. The clerks are friendly and super helpful. There's a guy in the car wash that is always very very nice I can't remember what he told me his name was....maybe Kyle??? Anyway love stopping here and it really is the best place to stop in for anything if you're traveling.

If you are a trucker this place will try to charge you for parking in their lot. Despite not having any visible signage. They are located right across the street from a Walmart distribution center so I think they know they can take advantage. And if you park there anyways they will come knocking at the door.

Okay. I'm not much of a "get food from a gas station" kinda guy, but I had a bad headache while driving home from Longview and this is a good gas station between Longview and Buffalo, so I decided to bite the hook and try it out. Boy am I glad I did. I got their barbecue sandwich. Holy smokes. A pretty decent sized sandwich for $4.29, and as soon as I bit into it, it felt like it was going to melt in my mouth. It was heavenly. The bathrooms as always were spotless, and the lady who tendered my order seemed to not be having a great day, but still attempted her best of smiling, and interacting with me. Give that girl a raise, seriously, because she understands customer service. Even when crap was probably hitting the fan, she still showed she cared about trying to be polite, cheerful, etc. even when she didn't feel like it. Thats awesome. Would definitely recommend this place for bathrooms or food. Without a doubt

I always find it strange when a gas station, oh wait I'm sorry, a TRAVEL PLAZA, has a whole isle of blinged out large crosses for sale... don't you? Because that is just what I think people are looking for when they get gas and their 72oz soda... a large cross made from antlers or tripped out with studs and sparkles... I mean, myself, I'm always shopping my travel stops for a good large crucifix after I get gas or go to the bathroom. There was a wall of framed pic/art including the duke, John Wayne, and trippy colorful cows drinking at a bar... a section of bedazzled bags and framed crosses... a selection of candy, chips and other snacks to make even the pickiest individuals day... as well as various sections of the oddest mismatch of "stuff/junk"... this place was the king of eclectic merchandising! Gas was fairly priced, the people were nice, the bathrooms were cleaned, and there was a frozen yogurt place attached. I meant I'm not sure what more you could ask for?

Shell gas, convenience, and truck stop. Only a few years old. Gas pumps frequently out of receipt paper or flat out not working! Almost always just one check out open and a line.
