Went there to switch my phone from metro to cricket and to switch to a new phone I purchased previously. Had the worst experience in customer service. The guy attempting to switch my phone seemed clueless and did not care about his job. He kept asking for help and wanted the other employees to take over the transaction so he could clock out. The other employees did not want to help him. They kept going back and forth about commission and how they wouldn't help because he would get paid the commission. I got so annoyed and wasted so much time at that point. I took my phone back and drove an hour and a half to this nearest metro and they switched my phone in 5 min.

Why have a business phone number thats being screened and won't take your call when your a customer.. makes no sense at all

I had a young man and a young girl helping me. I was getting two phones. These folks are extremely nice and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend!!

We needed better phone service. Heard that Cricket was better than StraightTalk. My husband and I wanted new 5G phones. Customer representative, DeMarcus (sp?), was very knowledgeable and professional. He located phones, cases and glass screen protectors. Plus, he transfered data and apps. Cricket really does have better coverage. So far, there has not been anywhere we were without service. I do/will recommend Cricket to all.
