“We’ve had great customer service anytime we’ve had to call and speak to someone, go inside, or the drive. The only reason they are not getting 5 stars is because when we first started banking with them we were needing to work on our credit and I do think they could do more (just not sure what) to get us where we want to be credit wise, since we’ve been banking with them for 5 years.”
