The staff is super friendly. They really need more help. I sat 2 hours to get me a new phone because they were busy. I know it's not their fault and I was in no hurry but I'm sure they have to put up with rude people because they don't have enough staff.

I’ve never had a positive experience here ? The last time I HAD to go, I was over charged and had to go to the location in Tyler to find someone knowledgeable enough to fix it. Also, an elderly woman came in to ask for help with her phone, and one of the girls was making fun of her in front of the other customers after she left. It was very disappointing.

In my estimation Natasha is the best customer service representative I have ever met and I am sure AT&T Palestine will be the best outlet store you have in the shortest possible time you all kind ever imagine

Kenzie was very professional, very helpful and knowledgeable. She was swamped with customers that were getting new upgrades, she stayed calm and helped everyone in a timely manner. Very nice job for Kenzie! ?

Went to this store a little over a month ago looking to get a new phone. Not looking for any phone particularly. We were approached by a sales representative (Makenzie) who asked us what type of phone we were looking for. We told her we were just looking and didn't have any phone in mind. She then told us that the new Galaxy Z Fold5 was free with any Samsung trade-in. We told her that that sounded good to us, but that I wasn't sure my phone would work for the trade-in because it was old and not in great shape. She told us that it would still be fine. I went to check and was rung up for $148.50 for sales tax that I was not told about.(that should have been my first red flag.) I just thought whatever that's still not too bad for a new phone. She then told me about the bundle deal they were having where you could get a case, screen protector, and a charger for $15.00. I said that sounded like a good deal to me. She told us the only way to get the deal was to pay $1.25 over a period of 12 months. I asked if I could just go ahead and pay it and was told no. So I said I would take it, I was then again rang up for a sales tax of $8.85 that I wasn't told about beforehand. But I still walked away feeling like I had got a good deal.It wasn't till after 30 days when I got our phone bill that I found out that everything that we had been told had been a lie. The trade-in was only good $1,000.00 off a $1,800.00 phone. Not a bad deal but I wasn't looking to spend $800.00 on a phone. And then the bundle deal was actually not $15.00 but $80.00 which is a huge difference.So we called at&t and told them what happened, and they said we would have to work it out with the store we brought it from. So I went into the store the next day and told to the manager, who said that she knew that Makenzie was new and that she wanted to talk to Makenzie the next day and see what happened and asked if I could come back in then. I told her I couldn't because I had to work the next day, but my wife could who had been there when I got the phone. She said that should be fine.My wife went back the next day, and Makenzie just denied everything and said that she never said any such thing and just flat out lied to my wife and the manager.Unfortunately, the paper work which we didn't get until after we had already been charged supported what Makenzie was saying. So it was just our word against Makenzie's.So they were no help from the store. Finally got it worked out with at&t to where we can return the phone and case and stuff, but we're still out the money we already spent, which is like $180.00 plus they can't return my old phone so I still have to buy a new phone.I suggest not using this store, but if you do try to avoid Makenzie.
