“I can only say amazing things about this place. This mechanis is amazing and has been working on our vehicles for almost 2 years now. I know I can trust him to fix whatever is going on. We took a few family vehicles various times to other mechanics who only bled our pockets. Once here and he was able to get our cars running again. Yes, it can take a few days or maybe two weeks to have your car repaired, but this is due to part availability and how in demand he has become. I'm honestly not worried when it's been a while because I know he'll get the job done. If you need an honest mechanic, this is the place to go.”

I spoke with Kyle on the phone, who was VERY helpful, who listened, made recommendations, and provided a ballpark estimate.Kyle was just as pleasant and friendly in person when I dropped it off. He called me throughout the repair process, updating me on other issues found, and never pressured me with "doom and gloom pressure that it had to be done immediately. I gave the okay to proceed.When I drove it home, I was amazed at the difference. I had no idea how bad my truck was handling before Kyle repaired it. I wanted something a little louder and they recommended a 40 series flow master. It sounds great and I couldn’t be more happy with it.”

The manager gave me a ride home when I dropped off my vehicle when he saw I was in a bind to get a ride and the shuttle service the shop provided was no longer available at that time of the day. Then the following day, they fixed my vehicle very quickly and charged me a fair price for labor. “I took my in for a diagnostic due to the check engine light being on. I spoke to Rich and he got right on it with one of his mechanics. They fixed the wiring harness and replaced the clutch solenoid in the transmission. It has been nearly a month with no issues or warning light on. Prior to them, I went to 3 other transmission places to no avail. They each gave me the run around. Now, I will appreciate Allstate Transmission as the number 1 service for transmission repairs.
