“I love HEB however the parking is horrible at this store and you walk for miles once inside looking for your items. They did not do a very good job at organizing items grouped together for easier shopping. Customer service at checkout is great but they need more staff on the floor to answer customer questions when shopping”

“To tell you the truth this is not my go-to Aldi store. I only go to the store when I visit the Tom Thumb across the street (which is not my go-to Tom Thumb supermarket) or I have other business to attend to in that area.
This is sort of a hit or miss Aldi for me. I have visited this store a couple of times recently very soon after it opened at 9:00 a.m. And it just seems strange that the restocking doesn't seem to begin until the doors are open. So when I get there there's lots of blank space on the shelves, in the cooler, and on the meat aisle.
However, it is the typical Aldi and the fact that is clean. But the Aldi Finds aisle is very limited in new inventory and short in length. And there is an additional shelf space set aside for past Aldi Finds that is junky in appearance and visually unappealing (this seems like the norm).
This Aldi is the type of store that I only visit because I can't find whatever it is I am looking for anywhere else. Consequently, this Aldi does not get much of my business. It is not the worst Aldi I have shopped but it is certainly a far cry from being rated the best.”

“Great prices and less PEOPLE than HEB!!! Take some bags with you or buy them at the store. Their bags are reusable and priced right. Be prepared they don't have a huge variety of items, but what they have are of good quality.”
“My favorite grocery! They have pretty much everything you need and lots of really good local stuff and stuff from small businesses. Highly recommend this grocery! The one in oak cliff is even better in terms of packaged things and variety of cheeses. But the people working the Duncanville one are a lot more friendly.”
“This rating is on 1 in particular employee, Nakeidra. The few times I have gone in, this chic is on point! Nakeidra is bubbly and friendly. She greets you as you enter the doors, and as you check out in the express lines. She oversees and monitoring 9 self checkout machines while keeping the flow of the lines MOVING. Not only does she assist you with your questions, but if need be, I've watched her suspend your transaction, then retrieve it at her post and finalize your purchase. Nakeidra knows what she's doing!!! Very polite, customers service driven and definitely deserves an Atta Girl and recognition a job well done! Thank you, sister, for being you!”

“I haven't been in an Aldis yet that I don't love. I always find great items to buy and the fruit, vegetables, and meats are always fresh. I must admit, I hit the merchandise first since I always find something to buy.
To only have three employees in the store at one given time: these guys not only work hard and with efficiency, but more importantly, keeps the line moving never a situation like a General Dollar, Dollar Tree or even Walmart, where the lines are exceptionally long all the time. And l must mention the candles: smells better than that "big store in the plazas",lasts longer and the prices are much cheaper too. (Oh, I just noticed one of those stores just moved down the block from Aldis. Must be losing money and have finally taken notice.)”

“Clean, friendly , reasonably priced, traditional Grocery Store.Always go on the first Friday of the month to get my 10% senior discount. Mostly end up buying t-bone steaks or ribeye whichever is on sale. I especially like the T-Bones because they're cut to usually one to one and a half inches thick and are rarely more than 5.99 a pound but come on sale for as low as 4.99 a pound . Occasionally get avocados and vegetables with the coupons you get online.”
“This store has earned the respect and business 100%. Diane’s customer service was immaculate. If you’re looking to feel like everything’s going to go right today, it’s her line you want to be in. She called for assistance to get me to my car, and who she sent was delightful. Desmond helped me out, broke my ice down for me, and loaded it up perfectly while holding the best conversation.I was having a day today.. you know the kind, and the customer service at this location was enough to match the energy. I’ll be back!”
“I wouldn’t brag on the produce they have; however the staff is friendly and the check casher place is almost always reliable comparable to any other grocery store. Otherwise, great prices on meets etc.”

“I have never been disappointed yet. Decent fuel prices and no waiting. Unlike a few over grown gas stations were people walk in stuff their faces, WHILE THEIR MEGA SUV IS STILL PARKED BLOCKING THE GAS PUMP.”
“Fast and quick. It was clean but it smelled like somebody's foreign food...it was not pleasant, at all. The people were friendly and all in all it's cool. Right next to a park so that makes it convenient too.”
“Have had mixed service issues. Sometimes there is no service other times very attentive. There can be long lines at checkout because only one register is open. The Taqueria is a hit and miss also but the food is tasty just not much of it in the to go plates. The tortillas and pan dulces are usually fresh and tasty. The selection of fresh salsas is good and last awhile in the refrigerator. The meat market offers a nice selection of marinated products. Overall glad we don’t have to drive far for specialty items.”
“I often come to this heb, only 5 minutes from me, and I'm never dissapointed. Like most hebs the hospitality is always great and the options they have are amazing. I always buy my fruit, veggies from here because they have some amazing fresh options. On this day i bought a fresh red snapper to grill and i have to say it was amazing. Fresh they descaled it for me as well.”

“This review is for the pharmacy. My doctor called a prescription in 20 minutes before closing and I called to see if I could pick it up before close. Rhonda assured me she would have it ready before close even if I had to wait a bit. The staff were so sweet when I arrived. I ended up having an embarrassing coughing fit due to a dry throat and the woman at the register got me water while I was waiting for my insurance information to be input. Everyone was so kind and not at all judge mental. The pharmacist explained my meds thoroughly but quickly and was warm and kind. This might be one of the best customer service moments I’ve ever experienced.”
