Mr. David, how convenient you finally responded. You didn't address the problem, I spoke to Matthew along with my son on 3way call & he refused to install the part u had on hand. My son called ur business several times & stated they could not send the part back or refund the part, the 2nd part was taking too long to come in so what customer waits almost a year to get his car repaired. This has been going on since July 2022, I had no choice but to submit a dispute, my card paid u for 2 catalytic converters plus $200 labor totaling over $1500, that job WAS NOT COMPLETED!!!! Why Why did you charge the labor portion of this job when even dealerships don't charge until the job is done? We requested several times to have the one converter installed & Matthew refused, always giving an excuse. Isn't a business supposed to do the job the customer requests at his risk? We would have been satisfied if you had given us the part, credit the remainder & that would have been the end of it. You sir never, ever discussed this issue with us so yeah pretty sure u will get to write this off at tax time! We were the ones who lost here!! plus the brake job u supposedly did!

Went to drop my car off today. Tried to make an appointment previously for ab oul change, tire rotation, and some other things but since I needed an issue diagnosed I was told I could not make an appointment for that so to just bring it in. Got to shop right when they were opening. The guy that helped me was pleasant enough. He took down all my info and I told him what I needed and left my keys with him. He told me that I should hear something back later that morning. Okay, cool, no problem. As the day goes by, I had not heard anything back from them so I called the shop at 1:25pm and asked on the status. I was told by the guy (not sure if it was the same one that took my car that morning) that they had it up now and was checking it out and that I should here something in a few hours. Left work at 4 and walked back to the shop. I arrived at almost 4:30 to pick up my car only to find out, that no work had been done on it even though I was told earlier that they were working on it!!! I was told that the oil change and tire rotation could be done at that moment but I declined and asked for my car back. It was there 9.5 hours and I was told that it was being worked on when I called three hours earlier and!! WTH!!!!!

This used to be my go to place for oil changes. I came here a day before for a oil change and they told me to come back in 30 minutes. I came back and then they tell me it's another 30 minute wait. They then tell me to come back in the morning. I'm here now and the time it's taking is very below par. I've been here for almost an hour and a half. Now I'm waiting for him to get off the phone. This is definitely the last time patronizing the establishment. Great value but poor service.

I took my in for a diagnostic due to the check engine light being on. I spoke to Rich and he got right on it with one of his mechanics. They fixed the wiring harness and replaced the clutch solenoid in the transmission. It has been nearly a month with no issues or warning light on. Prior to them, I went to 3 other transmission places to no avail. They each gave me the run around. Now, I will appreciate Allstate Transmission as the number 1 service for transmission repairs. Thank You.

I thought that Allstate Transmission was an answer from God since coming to Texas and going through multiple mechanics and service related issues with my Chevy Silverado truck and I must say initially having to redo the transmission that was done by Sunny's transmission that was horrible it was so bad that I didn't even want to go back my husband or myself and ended up subsequently finding Allstate Transmission auto repair I must say however the first three times when I raved about them I had a specific mechanic that obviously knew how to care for and work on my 2002 Chevy Silverado extended cab Vortex engine after my truck being in the shop a total of 5 * no I'm sorry six times and three or four of those times were errors on their part and my step my truck still doesn't run right I'm just too frustrated to take it back and I really hate to even leave such a horrible review for them. Because it made me feel like family and I could trust them have no clue what changed

Awful repair service took my Jeep Grand Cherokee their for them to check out my transmission. Service advisor Richard gave me the run around for 2 weeks instead of keeping me updated about my vehicle. Then when he did decide to call he stated that the transmission needed serving let them do the service and when I picked it up and drove it home antifreeze ran all out in the driveway along with transmission fluid car was trying to run hot. The technicians are not as skillful and knowledgeable as I thought sloppy workmanship leather seat on driver side had grease on it so you know I'm mad about that. All I can say is customers beware they will take your money and mess up your car won't be going there anymore.

Great customer service. Honest family run business. Saved me HUNDREDS of dollars from what I was quoted from other shops, not only because of reasonable rates but because they do what actually needs to be done. I moved to North Dallas and will gladly drive down to DeSoto for all of my repair needs

Wow!! Charles! What a guy!! Now as female coming into a auto shop to get a alignment...I was taken care of by the best!! He went above beyond than just fixing my alignment! Price is reasonable and customer service is great!! CHARLES IS THE GUY!! Walk-in with a smile leave out with one too! Thanks Charles again for my new pair of shoes! :) Front office was great as well!! Thanks again!

Charles goes above and beyond to diagnose your auto issue and fix it in the most effective manner. He's a miracle worker! Seriously, honest work with a year long guarantee on all work. And they provide free uber service to help get you to work or wherever you need to go while they have your car. I cannot say enough good things. Affordable, trustworthy, and kind. These crooks (rich) advertised for a free AC check which was ALL we were needing. They was not able to find the issue and then charge us for the AC check. I wasn't asked or told about these charges until pick up. This is a scam to get you in the door. We should have never been charged for something we did not ask for nor were we given any notification there would be additional charges. We could have went to Firestone next door that does the same AC check for less. ******* Please read all reviews above and below and these scam artists.********** I will be submitting my complaint to BBB and disputing the unauthorized charges for a free AC check which we did not get. they was not able to determine my issue.

Don't bring your Audi there... They fried the ECU boosting the engine while trying to diagnose a thermostat gage in the dashboard.. Techs would never admit to not knowing how to find the problem. In the end the car had to be towed to Audi Dallas and the repairs for frying ECU and the wiring harness was $7000...

I was sent to Allstate by Discount Tire to replace a broken lug. It was late when I arrived and they were not able to repair it that day. While I was waiting, though, I was listening to everything that was going on and being said in the offices. I didn't hear anything that would make me think this business is dishonest or greedy, so I will give them a try when I need more serious work done.They gave me a ride home and called me the next morning to tell me the car was ready. This work was actually being done on behalf of Discount Tire, so I did not need to pay anything and didn't ask what they would've charged.
