OTR trucks don't put diesel here!!!! It is very dirty, you will only have problems along the way with the filters

Used to be a nice place but has gone way down hill. Had to go to 4 different pumps the other day because screens don’t work and won’t read card. Then on top of that I go in to get snacks and only take cash not cards because machines are down. Just really put icing on the cake for me. I know they can’t help when internet is down but that made the gas pump situation 100 times worse for me. I would recommend going to uncles next door instead I’ve had pretty good luck there. With all the oilfield work going on and people coming through those pumps would eventually need some fixing that time is way over due.
Update: I would like to take the time to thank Tony the GM of pilot in orla for the phone call. He called within an hr of my complaint. He was sincerely apologetic about my recent experiences at the store and seems to be working on addressing issues. I have updated my review from 1 to 3 stars. Nice to know he cares about his store.

Their employees are horribleHarassing customers and provoking them! I have videos of that establishment, especially of how dirty and gross they make the food. You have emailed and called several times just to be ignored and avoid this establishment.

Fueling is a nightmare. But fast pumps. Drivers not pulling up is a nightmare!!Reason for 2 stars is because some not all hate their jobs! Or always having a bad day in the food service. I ordered meatloaf Mac and cheese mashed potatoes and gravy. And want some dinner rolls. But was sadly told they do not give out bread of any sort. If I wanted bread go buy bread from the store. Not sure why she was in a mood but I got both barrels. What ever I did I will not do it again. I will fuel shower and buy nothing here at this pilot. Instead go across the road and eat. Friendly people and can get most of what ever you want to buy.Parking sucks here at this pilot. Sorry for going on.

I’ve passed thru here only twice. First time was a year ago, and again yesterday.First thing for me is the burnt pizza!!Not burnt to a crisp, but burnt just enough, showing me the damn thing is perfectly cooked!!I’ve been to many many of these big name truck stops and their pizza is never done! Yuck!!But here in Orla they know what they have to do!! Thank you!!Also they cook everything, plus the kitchen sink!! Meatloaf is fabulous, wings, potatoes, and stuff!! LolThe shelves were packed, the bathrooms were clean for the most part, you can thank some of the customers for that! LolThx Pilot of Orla, Texas!! You have, in my opinion the best food service I’ve seen from Seattle to Miami and Bismarck to Houston! I’ve seen them!Thank you!!!You’re the best!!Keep burnin’ them pizzas!!??

Since they opened it in 2018 I was here and they didn't have hot water in the showers... and until today 2024 they still don't have hot water... the strange thing is that there is hot water in the bathrooms... the manager doesn't he wants you to use the showers
