I just moved here from Houston six months ago and I always come to this Walgreens for either a pick up order or to shop in store for the great deals and I’ve never had a problem until today
I have to pay my Gas bill today so I needed to put cash on my cash app card and Walgreens was one of the stores that I was able to do that
There was one person out Items so he wasn’t able to help me while I stood at the register and there was another lady at the register and she walked towards me And I let her know that I was there to add cash to my cash app
She kept waving my phone in front of the scanner to try to pick up my barcode and I didn’t see a red light so the scanner wasn’t scanning so it looked like it needed to be pressed
I tried she was having difficulties and with an attitude, she said,” Scanner isn’t picking up and now that you picked it up you knocked it offline” With a whole attitude when I was just trying to be a helpful customer because it looked like she was having difficulties And I wasn’t even rude about it which is crazy
I am paralegal and licensed insurance agent and her attitude was really unacceptable as a customer and I’ve had doors slammed in my face and I don’t have a toured like this.
Training is for sure needed or she needs a job with more coworkers or a profession she enjoys working as Walgreens isn’t where she wants to be if customer service isn’t her arena.
I was having a good day and had a circumstance to pay a bill and she wanted to have an attitude not knowing who she is servicing. That’s why you are to be kind and graceful no matter who you come across and as a customer service representative this is motto number one to be of service.
Ridiculous.

Prescription is never ready on time . You try to call them on the phone and they put you on hold several times and you can hear them laughing in the back ground and put you back on hold . . Poor business attitude towards customers.

I work for the insurance company and was helping a member with a prescription issue. We call and could hear them pick the phone up before placing us back on hold several times, this lasted about 15 minutes. If you just need some OTC medication go but please avoid sending your prescriptions to this location and use a separate Walgreens or pharmacy.

Not really a nightmare by comparison to say the least..yes,there are long waits,lost phone calls, hanging up,blah,blah, blah..a good note is an overwhelming gratitude and care by the vast majority of employees..time in their case is NOT of the essence..I use my insurance's contracted transportation company then they use another 3rd party which since changing their transportation company it has honestly been that nightmare,a term used as a "well call" either to wait or call when the visit is officially complete then set-up is originated..no guarantee the "time" is on tap..Uber,Lyft,some other goofball companies that will certainly leave you stranded.. it's paid for..but,I personally experienced that Uber nightmare in real time and paid out of my own pocket..fixed income well,other future trips to plan I choose to STOP ? now.. Walgreens I will retain their business..that old dog new trick cliché..????????️♥️

I'm always in Walgreens especially in the morning time. Stephanie is one of there best workers there! She greets every customer that walks in the door. She is always stocking the shelves and always going beyond for her customers. I walk in the store sometimes and she stocking and working while others just standing around doing nothing. Stephanie keep being the BEST at what u do! Thank u for your help and hard work.

The sorriest service ever, I will never have a prescription transferred there again!! I have called and and called nobody answers, when you finally do get someone they hang up before you can ask about your prescription! Then you call back and they never answer the phone!

Dropped off at 8:45 at night. Didn't expect it filled until the next day. Well here I am, 18 hours later and I go to pick it up and get told it's not ready. What do you mean it's not ready, our printer was down. It will be ready in 30 minutes.

This is the worst pharmacy in the whole United States. I call when I'm asked to call and sit on hold for them to hang up everytime. I go in and the staff is dumber than a box of rocks. This place is terrible.

Does anyone ever answer the phone? I was on hold for 40 minutes. Either the phone hangs up or someone will come on for a second & say please hold & place me back on hold. There is no time to say no, stop. After all this wait hung up on again.

Transferred prescriptions to here from where I used to live and so far its been over a week since it's ridiculous that they claim it hasn't been received. Port Arthur is much better.
