Absolutely one of the worst! You CANNOT get them on the phone, and there are usually long lines at the drive through.
It appears they are short staffed.

Been a customer for many years..the associates are very busy at times, but have their openness too..being more helpful to assist me..the pharmacists ask if there are any questions regarding my meds..I too ask questions about certain over the counter meds and my prescribed meds..great sales as well.

Horrible customer service! I stopped by to pick up my prescription and was told that it would be “another 20 minutes”. I then stopped by three hours later and the prescription was still not ready and would take “another 15 minutes”. When confronted about it and asked why I was given wrong information, all the employee could say was “sorry”. Completely unacceptable and poorly managed pharmacy!

I work for the insurance company and was helping a member with a prescription issue. We call and could hear them pick the phone up before placing us back on hold several times, this lasted about 15 minutes. If you just need some OTC medication go but please avoid sending your prescriptions to this location and use a separate Walgreens or pharmacy.

Don't get a prescription filled here. It literally took a month of fighting and contracting management to get a prescription filled.

Walgreen on 16th st in Orange is the worst. Meds have been on back order for month. You call get put on hold for 35 minutes to be told it’s ready. My husband shows up 4 hours later and it’s on back order still. I call back. Another 30 minutes to be told “oh well the pharmacy tech didn’t see it.’ Oh and your insurance doesn’t cover it. Same meds he has been taking for 15 years!! The Pharmacist gets on the phone and says it’s not his problem. MAD is an understatement. I will be moving all our meds.

Over 20 minutes to answer the phone and that's just for starters. They had a fax sitting over a week for a transfer in prescriptions. I have autistic and adhd children in my house. It's pure chaos without their medication. Never had any problems with any pharmacy til this one. Not checking fax machine for a week is ridiculous.

Walgreens Rx - If I could give this business zero stars I would. The new fulfillment center program is not working. They've been late with my meds the last six months. They're going to end up killing someone!

The pharmacy department will not answer the phone. They pick up the phone and put it on hold, over and over again. Very poor service. I reported them at 1800 Walgreens; I urge every to do the same.

After being forced by the company I work for insurance to switch to Walgreens in Orange, I do nothing but sit in line and wait to get access to my prescriptions. I am now sitting in line for over 30 minutes in the drive thru and the line has not even moved. What kind of deals are you making with companies to cause this kind of issue?

I went to Walgreens today to get my teen vaccinated. We arrived 15 minutes before the appointment and it took and 1 hour for my teen to get the vaccine shot. The process was slow and I wouldn't recommend it. I personally got my vaccine at the Orange Expo Center and was in and out in 20 minutes (this included a 15 minute wait time after the vaccine was given). The nurse put the vaccine into my teens arm very very slowly. It was the slowest poke I have ever seen. The poke was painful for my teen. Also, the needle and syringe disposal was awkward. Needless to say. If you are in the Orange, TX area and want a COVID-19 vaccine; I'd suggest you get it somewhere other than this Walgreens.

Absolutely the WORST pharmacy ever! Jason Montgomery is snarky, rude, and down right taste less. When we go in there they are always under staffed and screw up everything every single time!
