I was literally driving down my road when I got a message that said no access to deliver package!! There are nothing but county roads around here!!!! No fence no gate NOTHING to stop them from delivering my packages!!! I’m so sick of my stuff not “ having access to deliver”!!! I know it’s a long ways out but, ITS YOUR JOB!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst Post Office I have ever dealt with I thought Calif was bad this is ridiculous, it needs people who are knowledgeable of the Mail that comes through there it’s just so 60ish and slow.

Rude, inefficient and liars. Bought keys for my mailbox was you'd have them in less than 3 weeks I waited 2 months. Was told the mail carrier will drop the keys off at my house and I had to go pick them up. Ho to pick up my keys after getting off the phone to let me know they are ready and I had to find a receipt from when I bought the keys (2 months ago). Lady was rude with me and waited until I needed something instead before hand so I could be prepared. I've lived in 5 states in multiple counties and parishes. Worst post office I've ever seen.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have a package that CLEARLY says "Photos - do not bend". What does the mail person do? BENDS THEM IN HALF. Good luck tomorrow because you're getting what's coming to you. I hope that if you have kids, someone destroys all of your pictures that you order of them. That none of their achievements are documented and you have nothing to show for their hard work.

They refuse to deliver packages in our area. The supervisor will not do anything and will have attitude issues when you try to see what the problem is. Completely unprofessional.

In the past six weeks I've had several day delays, packages sent to Louisiana and false claims of "Customer wants to pick up package". I use Informed Delivery, and I've noticed that my basic envelope mail is taking an extra two days to be delivered. Junk mail is readily delivered but not my personal mail. Our usual and reliable Postal Worker stopped doing our route about three months ago. Now we have several different workers. I tried to call but their phone kept hanging up. I'm very frustrated.

I think the people have spoken already but I’ll add my thoughts. This post office, the Orange Texas post office is horrible. I’ve had my mail delivered to one street over and theirs delivered to us so many times. We are constantly running mail to them and them to us. On a daily basis packages are left in our driveway. The way the mail carrier turns around in my front drive leaves ruts in my yard but nothing has been done. It’s an on going issue. We have a neighborhood FB group and the number of lost packages that show they were delivered is unbelievable. Now they have started these excuses of why they can’t deliver packages. Yea let’s blame the dog and I have video footage showing they never attempted the delivery and no dog was even in the video. Couldn’t even hear a dog barking but the dog stopped the delivery. They won’t return phone calls either. We’ve tried numerous times to call. Most of the time it just rings. If I could give zero stars it would be a zero because it’s that bad.

I love when I don't get my mail. Super fun having to chase down my checks and packages. I also think it's awesome how they let the phone ring a million times instead of picking up. Pretty cool how they give no fks.

Rude, incompetent, stupid morons who can't do their job then try to blame customers for their mess ups. Lost my package in a "parcel locker" then tried to say it was delivered to the house which it was not and now our stuff is just in limbo somewhere and these idiots are refusing to find it.

I bn having my P O Box Since 2008 and now twice in June of 2023 my bank statement was coming to my box and I never got it after the app told me it was supposed to be in my box on that day. January 17th 2024 I was suppose to get my debit card in the mail and I never came they told me I have to wait 72 hours and still haven’t got it. The manager never came to the front to talk to me and another gentleman. This is ridiculous and unprofessional I pay too much money for the box for my mail to be put in the wrong box! And the lady ask me how do I know they putting the mail in the wrong box and I said yesterday they put 3 letters in my box that’s not even my box number! Y’all need to get it together wit my mail now I got my bank information and debit in someone’s hands
