Update:
After 2 weeks, I received my plates and stickers. The vehicle I traded in for my new truck from Cecil Atkinson was a 2024 Tacoma I had bought from Doggett Toyota in Beaumont. After 2 months, I had still not received my plates and had to pay out of pocket for an extension. Is Cecil Atkinson some magical unicorn of a dealership, or does Doggett Toyota suck? I think both statements might be accurate.
I got top-tier service from Cecil Atkinson Toyota in Orange from the beginning of my visit and beyond. Toby was our salesperson, who was friendly, straightforward, and dedicated to helping us find a vehicle that fit our needs. Pat, the sales manager, worked with us as well, listening to what we did not like about our experience at Doggett Toyota, ensuring that we were treated well by his team. Rick in finance was thorough and efficient as he worked through our contracts without trying to be slick and add in charges for redundant products. We were really taken care of and were so happy that we went back 2 days later and bought another vehicle! This team's effort exceeded my expectations, and I will recommend that anyone looking for a new or used vehicle check out Cecil Atkinson Toyota first.

One of the best! I've been a buyer for 25+ years. I've bought multiple new and pre-owned Toyota and other makes throughout the years. This has to be hands down the best and smoothest experiences I've ever had. Thank you Cecil Toyota.

The automated call was answered quickly and my appointment was set to have my brakes changed. Somehow there was a mix up but the awesome staff onsite helped and took care of me. They ordered my parts ahead of time. My circumstances changed and they were very nice, allowing me to cancel my appointment. I highly recommend. Great customer service!

Our car broke down on the way to Houston and luckily the service department was still open and able to work us in. Our car isn't even a Toyota so I was very surprised. Everyone was super nice and they let us wait for almost 3 hours in their waiting room with our dogs until someone was able to come pick us up. The waiting area was clean, they had a TV, snacks, drinks, coffee and even a popcorn machine. We were very thankful that they were able to look at our car and tell us what was wrong with it and give us an estimate.

I am a single mom with a little girl and we have no family in the area. I really needed a new vehicle and I was nervous about buying. Alicia at Cecil Toyota was AMAZING. She was not pushy, informed and helpful. Eugene helped with the financing and when I said that payment was out of my budget they helped me find the PERFECT vehicle that brought my payment within my budget. I LOVE my "new to me" pre-owned vehicle.
