I rented a storage unit a few days ago and wasn't able to gain entry at the gate. I contacted the emergency number 3 times and still have not heard from anyone. I was told they were emailing someone!!! REALLY? I am so upset! This is so unprofessional as a business and most importantly since this facility is under new ownership.

Worst customer service on the face of the planet when you had a simple billing issue and you call the site manager. And she either refuses to or cannot answer a simple billing question to the point where she hung up on me multiple times because I was asking the same question multiple times because I had yet to get an answer to it in over 2 months. We literally just moved out of this unit because of this customer service if this is the way we're treated over. A simple billing question. Then how will we be treated if there was actually a problem at the facility? And this unit is supposed to be climate controlled and it is literally over a 102ﾟ in there this week. When you paid to have your stuff in climate control. You expect for it to be just that climate control ..stay away from this location at all cost.

My Garage Self Storage is definitely a well running facility with great property management they have really taken this job seriously and not only that the building are so clean and well taken care of definitely happy I made this choice for my self storage needs!

This facility is located in the best location right off the highway easy access and very well maintained by the new property managers who have made this experience so great looking forward to my time here at My Garage Self Storage!
