Small units no electric , been there for a while now never had a payment issue on auto pay , got a text message from them on the on the 6th or 7th letting me know that my payment didn't go through on the first and I was going to be charged a $25. Late fee!! I was charged $80.14 for a late fee!! No one tried to contact me on the first to let me know my payment didn't go through, they waited until late fee could be added before letting me know about it..

About one week after "Harvey" I called many locations in the telephone book. Few were unaffected and those few were unavailable. One of the competitors I called told me of Stonewood. She recommended I call. The response was quick. The managers/owners even worked on getting some consolidation of units by another patron so that I might have a larger unit.

Great place and rates for storage. The owner Jimmy is a friendly guy. I just noticed they have climate controlled units now.

Used this company recently and the new management is so nice and cordial. Great rates too! Best storage facility in the golden triangle. I would recommend them to anyone!!!
