Monday I went into this store and when I first walked in I was greeted by Jason , he proceeded to ask me what he could help me with was so kind and was very concerned about what I needed and came to the store for . Jason also helped me set up my phone and answered all my questions about my new phone it was a great experience in this store at the Orange location and I will be back !

I recently visited the Spectrum store in Orange re: new cell phones, which were part of a bundle we purchased. The young lady who waited on me, Jessica, was so SWEET, KlND and PROFESSIONAL. My husband and I went in the next day to purchase the phones. She waited on us and transferred all of our information from the old to the new phones in a very quick and timely manner. I would recommend her as the #1 Rep. We will always go see Jessica at the Orange store, even though we live in Port Neches.

I stopped using Spectrum over 2 years ago. They are still billing my auto pay every month even though I've visited their office here and called their customer service number.

I Love the orange store the best! They do everything they can until everything needed is resolved and set up, no matter how long it takes. They are very friendly!!! Great customer service!

We have been customers of Spectrum for many years, Time Warner Cable, RR internet, etc. Not pleased with prices I have been looking at alternatives for internet at a lower price. I have recently made the switch saving about $30/month compared to Spectrum with one of the wireless providers. Today I have returned all Spectrum equipment and spent quite some time on the phone to cancel my account. Since I am only about 10 days into the billing cycle, 30 days, I felt there should be a prorating for what is due. Found out I was WRONG! At least according to Spectrum policy. Guess just another reason to cancel the account and move on......

If you live in SE Texas then this is the location to go too. You can always recieve service as soon as you get there. I'll drive extra miles to go to this location due to not having to wait an hour for some help compared to Beaumont. Plus the staff is 100 percent friendlier.. Great location, fast service, great service.

Was told to pay a certain amount to get internet back on, waited an hour and went back up to be told that there is now a $30 fee because they had to set me up as a 'new' account
